• Day-to-day operations & cross-functional interface • Primary point of contact for Support, Customer Success, Development and Sales • Communication bridge between all departments; ongoing internal process optimization • Independent decision-making in Support/Success (e.g., refunds) on important cases • Consultation with the Founder; otherwise coordinate with the team • Temporary team-lead role in departments during critical situations • Responsibility for Moss (expense monitoring, approvals, account monitoring) • Responsibility for accounting, including communication with the tax advisor • Responsibility for Factorial (leave requests, time tracking, submission of sick notes to health insurance, etc.) • Processing sales reps' compensation and invoicing customers • Collections coordination • Planning team events, team calls and workations • Weekly reporting directly to the Founder & CEO — covering all topics • Communication with lawyers, legal insurance, tax advisors and freelancers (e.g., independently managing website projects) • Review and update of Terms & Conditions and privacy policy as needed • Responsibility for the info@ inbox, assessing important legal matters and managing them — you are the first point of contact for all legal inquiries • You step in during urgent situations and conduct initial interviews for new operational roles • You prepare all operational and technical elements for new onboardings and are also responsible for employee offboarding • Technical onboarding of new employees, central point of contact for questions • Screening and initial interviews for Ops hiring, supervision of trial days in Sales
Job Requirements
