• Responsible for performing standard, routine, transactional accounting services tasks in support of Enterprise Disbursements • Focuses on accurate execution of clearly defined procedures, timely task completion, and escalation of issues outside of established guidelines • May perform disbursement and accounting service tasks as assigned, following established procedures • Completes assigned work to meet or exceed established key performance measurements and service level agreements

• Supports operations of the accounting teams • Demonstrates effective collaboration across organization • Identifies process improvements opportunities • Promotes a culture in which processes balance innovation and financial accountability • Prepares manual journal entries related to accruals, prepaids, reserves • Monitors accounting entries created during the month • Analyzes monthly financial results • Readily identifies data anomalies and exceptions • Participates in timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual close process tasks • Supports the annual audit process • Collaborates with International teams • Supports assurance of accurate data integrity • Prepares monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts • Documents procedures and keeps them up to date • Identifies opportunities for improvement in the reconciliation/reporting procedure

• Administer end-to-end payroll through Rippling, including new hire setup, terminations, pay changes, benefits deductions, and off-cycle payments. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll taxes, including registrations, filings, and remittances in new states as the company grows. • Monitor multi-state payroll tax compliance and stay current on changing state tax rules. • Reconcile payroll runs against the general ledger and resolve discrepancies. • Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and subscription upgrades/downgrades, coordinating with Sales and Support as needed. • Maintain documentation for payroll and tax processes, and identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring work. • Support year-end tax activities, including W-2s, 1099s, and state annual filings. • Process employee expense reimbursements and manage day-to-day corporate card administration through Brex.

• Serve as the primary right hand and strategic partner to the Senior Director of Corporate Accounting • Lead and execute day-to-day corporate accounting functions • Dive into the transactional data to investigate discrepancies • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and AI integration • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on complex accounting treatments • Implement new processes and improve financial controls • Manage, mentor, and elevate a growing accounting team • Collaborate closely with FP&A, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership
