Job Requirements
- You have at least four years of experience in Recruitment or HR, with experience recruiting sales or commercial roles preferred.
- You communicate fluently in English (both verbal and written)
- You have a strong understanding of sales talent and can identify candidates who will thrive in different sales environments, recognising the personality traits, motivation, and commitment needed for long-term success
- You are self-motivated and work well independently
- You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferred but not required)
- You can hit hiring targets and deadlines without compromising quality
- You have the ability to assess candidates' communication skills, motivation, and suitability for sales roles
- You're comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes & benefits)
- You can complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process

Compensation Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $65,000 - $100,000 USD.
