• Assist clients with job searches by identifying relevant employment opportunities • Tailor resumes and cover letters for specific positions • Optimize LinkedIn profiles to improve recruiter visibility • Submit job applications on behalf of clients based on approved job search strategies • Research companies, hiring managers, and open positions • Reach out to recruiters and hiring managers through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels • Track applications, interviews, follow-ups, and job search progress using CRM systems and spreadsheets • Schedule interviews and assist clients with interview preparation and follow-up communications • Maintain accurate client records, career plans, and application tracking • Monitor job boards and identify new employment opportunities for clients • Provide exceptional customer support to current and prospective clients • Manage calendars, appointments, and tutoring schedules • Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally and promptly • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, documents, and client correspondence • Maintain organized digital filing systems and business documentation • Update CRM records, customer databases, and operational systems • Assist with student onboarding, enrollment documentation, and scheduling • Support invoicing, payment tracking, and administrative recordkeeping • Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials • Conduct online research and support special business projects • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, client experience, and administrative processes • Perform additional administrative and executive support tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in administration, career services, recruiting, customer support, human resources, or a similar role
- Experience with resumes, LinkedIn optimization, job searching, recruiting, or career coaching is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and cloud-based document management platforms
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other job platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Canva, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling client and business information.
