Role Description The LatAm Recruiter will be a key player in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent to meet the specific needs and challenges of Gallagher in the region. Responsibilities include: - Recruit, screen, and interview internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job vacancies in Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil. - Review and evaluate applicants' work history, education, training, and other qualifications. - Conduct and score testing of applicants; record results and other relevant information. - Communicate with external contacts regarding job possibilities and career opportunities. - Map main business necessities and build a talent pool to field requisitions, improving KPIs. - Provide support during M&A activities in the region. - Collaborate with Global TA Operations Team to implement and train on technology to improve talent acquisition processes. - Ensure all hiring practices comply with applicable laws and company policies. - Conduct analytical and well-documented hiring reports. - Monitor and enforce human resources hiring best practices. - Manage relationships with Business Unit managers, acting as a business partner. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally. - Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. - Encourage and promote a diverse and inclusive environment. - Work with a high degree of autonomy under the instruction of leaders. Qualifications - Bachelor in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar fields. - 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. - Advanced English level. - Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to advise and support data-driven, informed decision-making regarding talent acquisition in the region.

Tasks - Manage the recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and role calibration. - Define role purpose, success outcomes, essential capabilities, compensation, and retention risks to help hiring managers. - Source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, referrals, networking, and global job boards. - Recruit across sales, marketing, consulting, and operations roles. - Maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future critical hiring needs. - Use structured interviews, scorecards, work samples, references, and role-relevant assessments. - Provide evidence-based recommendations and challenge weak role design or unsuitable hiring decisions. - Give candidates a realistic view of VECTRA’s remote, international, fast-moving, commercial environment. - Manage offers and ensure a clear onboarding handover covering expectations and identified risks. - Track quality-of-hire, retention, candidate experience, hiring-manager satisfaction, and efficiency; use AI responsibly. Qualifications - Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Evidence of strong probation, retention, performance, and hiring-manager satisfaction outcomes. - Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across different countries and time zones. - Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms. - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), structured assessment, recruitment analytics, and responsible AI tools. Requirements - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills. - Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities. - Commercially minded, evidence-driven, and independent in a fast-paced environment. - Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. - Recruitment certifications (LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM, CIPD, AIRS, or equivalent) are advantageous. - Experience recruiting within consulting, sales, marketing, or professional services is preferred.
