Senior Manager – Communications
Solventum
• Play a critical role in shaping how we communicate and drive awareness and adoption of Solventum’s Transform for the Future initiative • Serve as a primary communications partner to the Transformation Management Office • Help translate complex transformation priorities into clear, actionable communication strategies • Lead the planning and execution of communication strategies that support enterprise transformation efforts • Manage integrated communication plans across transformation initiatives • Build and manage audience segmentation, messaging, channels and timing • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver clear, coordinated communication for major programs and milestones • Develop high-quality content including leadership messages, presentations, FAQs, intranet content, newsletters and talking points • Track communication effectiveness using engagement data, feedback and qualitative insights • Support governance processes to ensure alignment and consistency across transformation communications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in communications, public relations, journalism, business or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications or change communications
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise change initiatives
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and translating complex topics into clear communication
- Certification in Prosci or an equivalent change management platform is preferred
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strategic thinker who can also execute and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines across large initiatives
- High level of judgment, professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work through ambiguity and evolving priorities with a steady, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience in healthcare, medtech or regulated industries is a plus
