Critical Incident Communications Specialist

• Collaborates with Technology Incident Managers to prioritize and communicate technical support services • Monitors and investigates the impact of technical incidents; prepares written summaries • Provides timely updates, clear information, and communication of resolution • Engages with lines of business and technical teams to assess impact of incidents • Schedules and facilitates department-wide meetings, manages follow-up items

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR Equivalent experience (required)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (required)
  • Extensive Experience with the written English language, especially guidelines for formal and business writing
  • Extensive Experience with the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
  • Extensive Experience with business concepts, tools, and processes needed for sound decisions
  • Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) systems such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
