• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript with Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft). • Design and implement event-driven architecture using Platform Events, ensuring scalable, decoupled integrations and real-time data exchange across Salesforce and external systems. • Support and enhance Salesforce CPQ and Billing configurations to streamline quote-to-cash processes. • Optimize performance, security, and usability of Salesforce applications. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools like Git and Copado. • Maintain technical documentation including solution designs and development standards. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements. • Work closely with Salesforce Administrators to ensure alignment with configuration and automation best practices. • Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues and user-reported bugs.

• Design and implement enterprise network solutions across campus, branch, and datacenter environments • Lead technical discovery, architecture, design workshops, and deployment activities for client engagements • Develop high-quality low-level and high-level design documentation, implementation plans, and test plans • Configure, validate, and troubleshoot routing and switching platforms in complex production environments • Perform wireless site surveys, predictive designs, and post-deployment validation using Ekahau • Design and implement enterprise wireless solutions with a focus on coverage, capacity, roaming, and performance • Deploy and support Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control, authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement • Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, cutover, and optimization activities • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to technical best practices within the enterprise networking team • Support pre-sales efforts through solution reviews, level-of-effort input, and technical recommendations

• Serve as a subject matter expert for NVIDIA Networking technologies, including Ethernet and InfiniBand-based data center and AI fabric solutions • Possess a strong understanding of NVIDIA Spectrum Ethernet switching, InfiniBand, Cumulus Linux, SONiC-related ecosystems, and modern data center networking architectures • Participate in the design and deployment of complex solutions, create written deliverables, and conduct client workshops • Communicate architecture strategy, implementation approach, and operational considerations in clear, concise, and understandable terms to client senior management and other stakeholders • Implement design architecture objectives that align with client business goals, application requirements, and operational needs • Provide technical leadership for data center modernization, AI infrastructure networking, and high-performance network design initiatives • Demonstrate strong knowledge of underlay and overlay networking, segmentation, routing, automation, and interoperability across multivendor environments • Perform assessments, migrations, implementation services, validation testing, and operational readiness activities for client environments • Troubleshoot complex networking issues and optimize performance, resiliency, and scalability across production and pre-production environments • Ensure knowledge transfer to relevant client teams for smooth operation of deployed solutions • Work effectively across all levels of an organization, both internally and externally • Work both independently and in a collaborative team environment • Demonstrate the ability to deliver multiple client engagements on time and within scope • Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers building the Hatch and Unity platforms. • Partner with product management and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development plans. • Own delivery timelines and ensure the team ships high-quality software on schedule. • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support career development for your team members. • Participate in hiring efforts: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new engineers. • Foster a healthy team culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Guide technical discussions and help the team make sound architectural decisions. • Remove obstacles and shield the team from distractions so they can focus on building. • Establish and refine development processes and AI-assisted workflows, balancing agility with predictability. • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and other engineering teams. • Stay close enough to the codebase, and to how the team works with AI, to give meaningful input during code reviews and technical planning.

• Lead end-to-end governance for large-scale Intelligent Operations transformation programs, often spanning multiple workstreams and multiple years • Manage program interdependencies, risks, milestones, and executive stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams • Lead blended delivery teams consisting of architects, developers, process owners, and change management leads • Drive organizational change management strategy to support platform adoption, value realization, and sustained platform hygiene • Translate business capability gaps into prioritized platform investments and transformation roadmaps • Build, maintain, and communicate executive-level business cases for Intelligent Operations initiatives • Manage program financials, forecasts, and value tracking to ensure delivery against business objectives • Deliver steering committee updates, KPI and OKR reporting, and executive-level risk escalations • Partner with CIO, CHRO, CFO, and business unit leaders to align Intelligent Operations capabilities with enterprise priorities • Ensure transformation outcomes are tied to measurable business results, operational maturity, and long-term platform sustainability • Identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts and engagements by aligning delivered outcomes to emerging business priorities • Partner with account and sales leaders to grow the book of business through trusted advisory relationships, successful delivery, and demonstrated client value • Support business development efforts within existing customers, including shaping follow-on work, contributing to account strategy, and helping position additional Intelligent Operations capabilities • Create executive confidence that enables AHEAD to sell from within through strong delivery performance, strategic insight, and measurable transformation outcomes

• Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash – identify account requests and coordinate/manage internal support team resources to ensure customer satisfaction • Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors. Schedule regular/reoccurring meetings to review opportunities that need to be added and/or updated in Salesforce. • Work independently with assigned customers to address questions/issues and provide timely solutions; engage with internal/external support team on resolution • Assist in structuring deals with Client Directors. Prepare customer pricing and proposals for assigned accounts using the parameters set by assigned Client Directors per account • Work with assigned Client Directors to develop and maintain vendor relationships in order to gain improved communication, increased discounts, and fast turnaround on registration/special pricing requests • Accept all customer orders; verify bookable documents are complete and accurate prior to booking • Coordinate monthly meetings with accounts receivable to review invoice aging reports and past due invoices for assigned accounts • Develop and maintain Client Profiles for assigned accounts. • Serve as the technical lead for deploying and operationalizing security and AI solutions in customer or enterprise environments • Translate business, operational, and security requirements into deployable architectures and implementation plans • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to operational goals, compliance requirements, and long-term platform strategy • Act as a trusted advisor during onboarding, implementation, rollout, and optimization phases • Design and implement integrations across SIEM, XDR, SOAR, case management, data platforms, and AI-enabled tooling • Build and configure cloud-native data ingestion, normalization, and enrichment pipelines for security telemetry • Integrate APIs, webhooks, message queues, and automation workflows across identity, endpoint, cloud, network, and application ecosystems • Develop reusable deployment patterns, templates, and technical assets to accelerate future implementations • Operationalize AI and automation use cases within security workflows, including alert enrichment, triage support, summarization, clustering, playbook selection, and analyst copilots • Work with detection engineering and data teams to support the implementation of behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and other AI-assisted security use cases • Help define data requirements, feedback loops, and operational guardrails needed to support effective AI outcomes in production environments • Ensure deployed solutions are practical, measurable, and aligned to analyst workflows and response objectives • Implement secure and governed automation for investigation and response use cases across heterogeneous environments • Support resiliency, observability, performance, and scale requirements for deployed solutions • Troubleshoot integration issues, deployment blockers, and production challenges in partnership with platform, cloud, and security teams • Improve reliability and maintainability through documentation, testing, monitoring, and standardized engineering practices • Collaborate across Security Operations, Security Engineering, Detection Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, and product or customer teams • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices for implementation, delivery, and technical solution design • Provide field feedback to influence platform roadmap, product direction, and architectural standards.
