Change Manager, Enterprise Change Management

• Lead and support organizational change efforts for moderate to high complexity initiatives • Develop change strategies and plans aligned to business goals and stakeholder needs • Conduct impact assessments, team member analyses, and readiness assessments • Identify adoption risks, resistance patterns, readiness gaps, and change-related dependencies • Define, monitor, track, analyze, and report on adoption, utilization, engagement, readiness, and benefit realization
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Prosci certification or equivalent change management training preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep knowledge & proven application of change management processes and tools
- Excellent analytical ability to conduct, interpret, and make or influence decisions based on change management data
- Excellent facilitation skills and knowledge of effective group dynamics concepts and processes
- Strong working knowledge of project management and other lifecycle methodologies
