• Maintain and grow key accounts, monitor competitors, and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Meet revenue and profitability targets, manage sales funnel, and track performance metrics. • Identify new opportunities, acquire new accounts, and expand existing ones. • Regular follow-ups, resolve issues, and lead solutions to improve sales outcomes. • Implement sales strategies and support long-term account planning with leadership. • Prepare proposals, pricing, and performance reports to guide decision-making. • Work cross-functionally with customer support, resource management, architecture, and visual merchandising teams. • Ensure excellent retail execution, including POS installations and merchandising standards. • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and best practices. • Act with ownership and initiative to drive growth. Identify opportunities, adapt to changing markets, and innovate locally while aligning with global strategy. • Build strong partnerships, navigate ambiguity, and remain resilient in complex environments.

In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following: - Managing sustainable sales performance within their District and ensuring sales and profitability targets are met - Updating, maintaining and implementing processes/guidelines and providing feedback to global teams - Implementing the annual plans of the stores while ensuring the tactical and fiscal integrity - Securing retention of high performers and top talents across the organization, especially focusing on managing effectively staff turnover - Securing delivery of the brand experience - Ensuring excellent and consistent consumer experience across all touch points, based on central guidelines - Providing feedback loops and reviews on own and partner stores - Actively monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement About you A motivated talent, who brings along the following background: - Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field operator in a fashion, customer, and commercial focused retail environment - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a store management role - Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills - Willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 100% of working time - A solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising on retail store level - Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills About Swarovski Swarovski unifies all parts of its organization under one spellbinding idea and brings forward a wondrous new world of crystal craftsmanship.
