Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Ability to travel locally up to 95% and long-distance up to 25%.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Medical Technology (preferred).
- Experience supporting laboratory instrumentation and automation in a clinical or diagnostic environment.

Circuit Check, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our in‑circuit and functional test systems across North America. The Field Service Technician provides on‑site and remote support for Circuit Check test systems, ensuring customers receive responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service. This role combines hands‑on technical work, customer interaction, troubleshooting expertise, and collaboration with internal engineering teams. When not engaged at customer site or remote, the Field Service Technician will assist CCI facility production needs or be utilized in quoting and fault determination. Travel is required up to 50% of the time, including visits to customer sites and occasional trips to Circuit Check facilities for training or issue resolution. Preferred location: Maple Grove, MN or Burlington, Ontario, though remote candidates based in US or Canada will be considered.
