Senior Program Manager, Distribution Partnerships

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for business formation, entity management, registered agent, compliance filings, annual reports, foreign qualifications, amendments, certificates of good standing, virtual address, virtual mail, USPS 1583, and CMRA-related workflows. • Work closely with Partner Success, Product, Engineering, Fulfillment, Support, Legal, and Compliance to identify operational gaps surfaced by Bizee Pro customers, professional firms, and distribution partners. • Design and document new workflows for Bizee Pro, distribution partnerships, partner portal processes, API-enabled workflows, and future AI-agent-enabled use cases. • Help modernize workflows, tools, engagement channels, and operating processes so Bizee can scale efficiently while improving customer and partner outcomes. • Support Bizee’s move toward a more digitized, national fulfillment infrastructure across formation, registered agent, compliance filings, virtual address, virtual mail, and distribution partner workflows. • Create and maintain process documentation, workflow maps, SOPs, exception paths, support guides, escalation rules, and internal operating playbooks. • Identify recurring operational friction and convert it into process improvements, tooling requests, product requirements, automation opportunities, or reporting needs.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, fulfillment operations, partner operations, compliance operations, entity management, business formation operations, registered agent operations, implementation operations, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Strong working knowledge of business formation, entity management, annual reports, foreign qualifications, amendments, certificates of good standing, registered agent services, virtual address, virtual mail, USPS 1583, and CMRA-related workflows.
  • Experience leading operational transformation in a high-scale service delivery environment, including modernizing workflows, tools, engagement channels, and operating processes.
  • Experience using automation, AI, or workflow technology to reduce friction, simplify the user journey, improve speed, and increase operational consistency.
  • Experience scaling fulfillment, support, or service delivery operations across national or multi-jurisdictional workflows.
  • Experience supporting B2B, professional, partner, distribution, or platform channels.
  • Strong ability to map, document, and improve complex workflows across multiple teams, systems, products, and service requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create clear documentation, playbooks, SOPs, launch-readiness materials, and executive updates.
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and comfort building process from scratch.
