• Build FP&A function from the ground up: designing budgeting and forecasting processes, financial models, and board-ready reporting. • Lead annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes. • Maintain integrated SaaS financial model: bookings, ASC 606 recognized revenue, deferred revenue waterfall, expenses. • Flex into accounting team for month-end close support; own specific workstreams like flux analysis and revenue review. • Produce monthly board reporting and executive dashboards with narrative analysis. • Partner with cross-functional leaders to set targets and inform investment decisions. • Drive ad-hoc strategic analysis: pricing, unit economics, customer cohorts, channel ROI. • Recommend and implement FP&A tech stack, leveraging AI tools to optimize work.

What You'll Deliver**In your first 6-12 months:** - Unified Design System: Launch a scalable, AI-ready design system that ensures consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints (product, brand, and marketing). - Brand and Web Creative Direction: Partner with Marketing and establish a creative direction and visual standards for all marketing campaigns, brand assets, and the Bizee corporate website, ensuring they align with the core product design system. - Onboarding UX Re-architecture: Partner with Product to redesign the post-purchase experience, ensuring high adoption and a measurable reduction in early churn. - Member Center Experience: Lead the design of a proactive "Member Center" that empowers entrepreneurs to manage their services and recognize value easily. - Continuous UX Optimization: Partner with Platform Engineering to run weekly A/B tests on UI elements, onboarding flows, and in-app support triggers. - Customer Sentiment Design: Integrate design-led feedback loops (CSAT/NPS) into the product experience to ensure we are meeting the psychological needs of our users. - AI-Driven Interface Patterns: Deploy new design patterns for interacting with AI-powered features, increasing long-term engagement and trust.

• As the Principal, SEO & GEO, you are the senior technical expert who ensures Bizee is findable, citable, and recommended across every surface where entrepreneurs search for help starting a business. • Google organic, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. • This is not a "content marketing" role. You are a technically deep practitioner who understands how search engines crawl, index, and rank. • How AI systems retrieve, evaluate, and cite. How CMS architecture decisions cascade into organic visibility outcomes. • You write technical specifications that engineering teams implement. • You partner with the Head of Marketing to shape SEO and GEO strategy. You make the entire search function smarter.

• Own the data strategy, architecture, and intelligence capabilities for Bizee. • Design the data structures that power customer intelligence, marketing analytics, jurisdictional compliance, and financial reporting. • Lead a team of approximately 3-4 Technical Leads, Principal Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers. • Partner directly with Platform Engineering, Product, and Marketing leadership. • Ensure the data foundation enables subscription transformation, lifecycle marketing, and AI-powered product experiences. • Use AI tools to accelerate work and team processes. • Design data systems with AI consumption as a requirement.

• Architecture Leadership: Lead solution design for the highest-complexity initiatives across both product and platform domains. Deliver technical designs that balance speed-to-market with long-term platform health. You own the intercept point where product needs and platform capabilities meet. • AI-Powered Product Delivery: Design and ship AI-powered features into production (intelligent recommendations, automated compliance, predictive lifecycle, or similar). These should demonstrate real customer value, not AI for the sake of AI. • Platform Evolution: Own and deliver critical modernization efforts spanning service decomposition, event-driven architecture, and data migration. Design for intelligence from the start, not as an afterthought. Ensure platform investments directly unblock product delivery. • Engineering Craft: Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and architectural patterns across all engineering teams. Measurable improvement in code review cycle time and defect escape rate. Raise the quality bar so that every team ships with confidence. • Cross-Domain Integration: Serve as the connective tissue between product engineering and platform engineering. Ensure shared services, APIs, and data contracts are designed for reuse across retail, commercial, and partner channels. Prevent architectural drift between squads. • Technical Mentorship: Directly mentor Technical Leads across both product and platform domains on architecture, engineering craft, and AI-native development practices. At least 2 Tech Leads demonstrating measurable growth in technical decision-making. • Incident Response: Serve as the senior escalation point for P1/P2 production incidents across engineering. Reduce mean time to resolution by 40%.

• As a Technical Lead, you lead a squad of 4-6 engineers responsible for one of Bizee's core engineering domains. • This could be a product domain (Growth, Customer Experience, Agent Experience, Partner Enablement) or a platform domain (Core Services, Shared Infrastructure, Data Engineering). • You are the technical owner for your domain, responsible for both engineering quality and delivery outcomes. • You spend 60%+ of your time writing production code and reviewing PRs. • The rest goes to squad coordination, sprint planning, technical mentorship, and cross-squad alignment. • This is an AI-native engineering role. You use AI tools daily to accelerate your own development and actively coach your squad on effective AI adoption. • Reports to Engineering Manager. Works closely with Product Manager (for product squads), Principal Engineer, and peer Technical Leads on priorities and technical direction. • Ship AI-powered features, intelligent automation, or reusable platform capabilities into production within your domain that deliver measurable customer or business value.

• Lead the teams that build Bizee's customer-facing experiences. • Manage 3-5 Technical Leads across ~20 engineers. • Be involved in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint retros. • Demonstrate how to use AI tools effectively. • Drive velocity and quality to boost company valuation.
