Job Description
HubSpot CRM Consultant – Sales, Marketing & Service Hub
itelligy - digital experts GmbH & Co. KG
• End-to-end HubSpot implementations: You are responsible for the design and implementation of Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub — from requirements gathering through setup to go-live and hypercare. • Integration & system architecture: You connect HubSpot to existing system landscapes (ERP, BI, telephony, webshops, etc.) — using native integrations, middleware or API — ensuring clean data flows and high data quality. • Process consulting: You analyze clients’ sales, marketing and service processes and translate them into well-thought-out HubSpot setups with workflows, automations, pipelines and reporting. • Project management & client ownership: You manage your projects independently — including budget, timeline, stakeholder communication and quality assurance. • Workshops & enablement: You conduct workshops and training sessions and empower client teams to use HubSpot independently and effectively. • Development of our HubSpot practice: You actively bring new features, best practices and trends from the HubSpot ecosystem into the team and to our clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven, multi-year HubSpot experience — you have led multiple implementation projects for Sales, Marketing and/or Service Hub, ideally on the agency/consultancy side or as an internal HubSpot lead with project management experience.
- Deep platform knowledge: Custom Objects, Workflows, Sequences, Lead Scoring, Reporting, permission concepts and data modeling are part of your daily work.
- Current HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
- Integration experience: You have connected HubSpot with other systems and understand APIs, Webhooks and iPaaS/middleware solutions (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n) as well as data migration scenarios.
- Project management skills: You run projects in a structured and confident manner — even under pressure — and keep budget, scope and timeline under control.
- Strong client communication: You communicate clearly, reliably and professionally — from end users to executive management. You are convincing in workshops and presentations in both German and English.
- Self-driven: You don’t wait for instructions; you proactively drive your projects forward and make well-founded decisions.
- This position is explicitly aimed at experienced HubSpot professionals. No platform onboarding is planned — you should be able to take ownership of projects independently from day one.
Benefits
- Exciting projects: Challenging HubSpot and digitalization projects with well-known clients across various industries.
- Real responsibility: Your projects, your clients, your decisions — with us you are not just an executor but an active shaper.
- Personal development: Access to training and certifications and the opportunity to play a major role in building our HubSpot practice and take on a lead role.
- Hybrid working: We believe in flexibility and offer the option to work remotely while valuing in-person meetings for creative processes.
- Our offer: Attractive compensation package consisting of a competitive base salary and performance-based participation options.
- Flexible working: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere and design your workspace individually.
- Equipment of your choice: Choose between a MacBook or Windows laptop, complete with monitor and mouse.
- Generous vacation policy: 28 days of annual leave plus public holidays and an extra bonus day for special occasions, such as your birthday.
- Work–life balance: Benefit from flexible working hours to balance your professional and personal needs.
