• Lead and own the overall vision for at least 1 large client relationship, providing comprehensive strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives while seamlessly integrating into an already strong client relationship • Navigate, maintain, and cultivate senior-level stakeholder relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and business growth while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries • Serve as the primary liaison between for the client, maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders and ensuring all relevant client parties remain well-informed of project developments. Orchestrate cross-functional internal collaboration between marketing, analytics, creative, and strategy teams, effectively breaking down silos and ensuring seamless delivery of client objectives • Demonstrate strong presence and confidence in ensuring client needs are met • Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance through BI reporting, ensuring insights are correctly interpreted and communicated to drive strategic decision-making • Drive accountability across internal teams for deadlines, quality standards, and strategic objectives while maintaining high standards for deliverable excellence • Identify potential challenges early and implement solutions before they become issues, advocating for both client needs and internal team well-being • Serve as an extension of the client’s team, demonstrating passionate advocacy for their success • Oversee the accurate execution of work across digital advertising (Google, Meta), SEO, CRO, and analytics initiatives that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations • Manage proactive client communications, including regular status updates and executive-level presentations • QA-ing team deliverables and maintaining quality standards across all work products • Supporting business development and marketing efforts by sharing strategic insights and best practices • Facilitating effective internal and external meetings that drive project momentum and client satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in account management, client services, or similar role specifically within a digital agency environment
  • Proven track record working with large healthcare clients, with deep understanding of digital advertising (Google, Meta), digital strategy (SEO, CRO), and analytics (BI reporting)
  • Experience leading high-profile accounts in a fast-paced agency setting, with demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships with large, high-revenue clients
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Outstanding ability to bridge gaps between internal teams (marketing, analytics, creative, strategy), ensuring cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to push back when necessary while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities and proven ability to ensure accurate execution of work across all deliverables
  • Demonstrated success in holding teams accountable to deadlines, quality standards, and strategic objectives

Role Description The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) serves as the primary liaison between CIEE and an assigned portfolio of 20-25 U.S. high schools.
