Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a fast-growing, U.S.-based digital marketing organization. In this client-facing role, you will own strategic relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional delivery across multiple client accounts. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoy turning marketing performance into meaningful business conversations, we'd love to hear from you. - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts across multiple industries. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. - Lead performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and client presentations. - Manage day-to-day account communications and operational priorities. - Coordinate internal specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. - Monitor campaign performance across paid media, SEO, creative, web development, and digital marketing initiatives. - Identify risks early and collaborate with delivery teams to implement effective solutions. - Maintain accurate project documentation and account records using project management tools. - Develop strategic account growth plans and review business opportunities with clients regularly. - Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client services to support long-term business growth. - Represent the organization professionally in every client interaction. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency. - Proven experience managing multiple mid-to-large client accounts simultaneously. - Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Programmatic advertising (DV360), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO strategies. - Perform creative development and basic marketing automation. - Experience advising on web development and landing page optimization projects. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or HubSpot. - Experience with performance creative strategy and creative testing frameworks. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. - Experience supporting clients in highly competitive or regulated industries such as e-commerce, legal services, or consumer products.
