Digital Marketing Analytics Engineer

• Design, implement, and QA event tracking solutions using Tealium IQ and/or Google Tag Manager, including data layer architecture and variable configuration • Conduct analytics audits on client properties to identify tracking gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities for improved instrumentation • Collaborate with web development teams and client stakeholders to define tracking requirements and ensure implementation fidelity • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Adverity and DBT to ingest, transform, and model marketing data from paid and organic channels • Manage data flows into Amazon Redshift; ensure data integrity, freshness, and documentation across all pipeline stages • Support QA processes to validate data accuracy from source platforms through to reporting outputs • Develop and maintain client-facing dashboards and internal reports in Amazon QuickSight (primary BI tool of record) • Manage and update legacy reporting in Power BI, and client-owned reports in Looker Studio and Tableau as needed • Leverage Amazon QuickSight's AI/ML capabilities to deliver automated and narrative-driven insights at scale • Analyze digital marketing performance data across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Content channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Partner with Digital Advertising and Digital Strategy teams to build performance narratives for MBRs and Annual Strategy Reviews • Participate in live client calls and review sessions to present findings, respond to questions, and gather evolving analytical requirements • Develop forecasts, budget planning models, and ad hoc analyses to support client decision-making
• Contributes to the creation and execution of bespoke digital media strategies for clients that drive business value and scale. • Executes effective digital advertising tactics across platforms without oversight • Accurately and efficiently implements new ads, copy, and campaigns • Executes and maintains tracking parameters with precision • Manages complex, multi-channel budget strategies and regular pacing • Develops compelling data backed narratives for clients • Seeks out projects and initiatives that lead to maximum performance impact • Maintains subject matter expertise in core practice areas while striving to expand skillset • Understands basic CRO and creative performance optimization tactics • Contributes to development and implementation of measurement plans
• Build and maintain marketing systems that systematically move prospects through the funnel • Execute campaigns and produce thought leadership that grow our audience and establish Wheelhouse as a thought leader in our space • Own key content production or demand generation workflows with consistent delivery • Collaborate with Business Development to ensure marketing efforts convert to new business development • Track and optimize marketing performance across channels and stages • Demonstrate strategic judgment about priorities, optimization, and new initiatives • Build and manage marketing automation, nurture sequences, and lead management systems • Execute demand generation campaigns including email marketing, paid media, and list building • Manage content production workflows such as case studies, podcast, or thought leadership • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure consistent delivery • Monitor engagement signals and coordinate lead handoffs with Business Development • Track marketing metrics and optimize conversion rates across the funnel • Support conference marketing, event logistics, and integrated campaigns • Document processes and maintain organized marketing operations
