Student Enrollment Coordinator

Role Description The Student Enrollment Coordinator for High School Study Abroad will grow student enrollment in CIEE’s transformative study abroad programs through effective sales outreach and a goal-driven mindset. You'll own the entire applicant journey, from initial interest to confirmed participation, proactively guiding students and building trust with students and families every step of the way. - Convey the value and tangible outcomes of study abroad to U.S. high school students and their legal guardians. - Follow a structured sales outreach process to proactively engage interested leads and applicants via phone, text, and email outreach. - Work through a high daily call volume, 20-60 calls per day, depending on the time of year. - Motivate and coach participants and families through the scholarship and application process. - Provide professional and timely customer service to students and parents throughout the entire application process. - Host virtual student and parent-facing webinars, presenting to large groups at a time. - Present to students and parents in person at high schools and fairs in your territory. - Review applications, accept applicants, and convert them to paid participants. - Ensure that financial accounts for participants are accurate and paid in full. - Use reports within Salesforce (CRM system) to manage your applicant pipeline and reach sales goals. - Maintain accurate records of communication with customers in Salesforce (CRM system). - Provide on-program participant support for all programs throughout the year. - Participate in sales training throughout the year and consistently work to develop your skills as a sales professional. - Flexibility to work some evening hours to reach students and guardians when they’re available. - Responsible for providing emergency support during 1-2 travel weekends per year. - Opportunity to earn international travel up to once per year to chaperone student group flights. - Other duties as assigned. Manager, Hiring Events Team

Role Description The Manager, Hiring Events Team, facilitates virtual hiring services, allowing CIEE host employers to interview and hire from their home office via webcam. Role Description The Project Coordinator works on administrative, technical, and operational projects essential for the success of the department and customer experience. Role Description The Senior Editor plays a critical role in developing, editing, and maintaining communicative, task-based curriculum for CIEE’s High School Summer Abroad (HSSA) Language & Culture programs. This individual works with instructors, freelance editors, and CIEE staff around the world to support the development and implementation of academic plans for four-week HSSA Language & Culture programs serving U.S. high school students. - Develop, enhance, revise, edit, and proofread language curricula and instructional materials. - Ensure that assigned curriculum products are coherent, accurate, engaging, standards-aligned, age-appropriate, and level-appropriate. - Localize curriculum materials to reflect the language, history, and culture of each CIEE program location. - Source, onboard, support, and manage freelance editors and contributors across languages. - Manage assigned curriculum development workflows and project schedules. - Identify project bottlenecks and recommend improvements to editorial processes. - Maintain up-to-date scope and sequence documents across assigned curricula. - Manage copyright permissions for authentic resources across languages. - Assist with the annual training of HSSA instructors. - Evaluate the effectiveness of the language curriculum using qualitative and quantitative measures. - Stay informed about trends and innovations in the K–12, world language, and international education fields. Role Description CIEE is seeking a highly motivated, adaptable professional to join our Participant Services team. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals and partners involved in CIEE’s BridgeUSA programs, including Work & Travel USA, Internship and Professional Career Training USA, and USA High School. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service with empathy and cultural sensitivity. - Answer all phone calls and e-mail inquiries in a professional and timely manner. - Respond to participant, host, and representative inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. - Counsel participants on challenges such as culture shock and emotional, mental, or physical health concerns. - Manage a caseload of escalated support cases across all programs, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Provide on-call support during assigned rotations for after-hours program emergencies. - Develop subject-matter expertise in CIEE BridgeUSA and International Study programs, including their policies and regulatory requirements. - Provide insurance-related support to CIEE BridgeUSA participants, including handling inbound claims calls, managing individual insurance cases, reviewing and updating claim records, and coordinating with CIEE’s insurance partners to ensure accurate and timely resolution. - Review participant applications for accuracy and completeness; perform accurate data entry. - Maintain participant records in SEVIS in accordance with J-1 visa regulations and program guidelines. - Prepare and issue DS-2019 forms and supporting documentation for international representatives and participants. - Support host vetting processes by conducting interviews and collecting and reviewing required documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve participant and stakeholder questions. - Participate in team initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. - Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals and organizational mission. Role Description The Admissions Advisor will support the Institutional Relations team by serving as the first point of contact for students applying to CIEE’s university study and intern abroad programs. Successful candidates will be responsible for serving as an expert for a portfolio of institutions by advising students regarding program options and the application process. You will work closely with Managers of Institutional Relations and other Admissions Advisors. Paramount to student outreach is a focus on providing outstanding service and creative problem-solving to prospective students. - Serve as an admissions expert for students, advising them on appropriate programs based on their studies and interests. - Manage a large volume of emails, texts, and outbound calls, address questions, solve problems, and/or direct people to the appropriate CIEE team member. Respond to inbound inquiries within a 24-hour response time. - Schedule prompt follow-up with prospective students to provide support and determine the level of commitment, and execute strategies to inform students about CIEE programs at all phases of the inquiry and application process. - Work with Institutional Relations managers to provide support directly to partner institutions and develop strategies to better serve their students. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets (i.e., completed applications and conversion of those applications) set by leadership. - Support on-campus student engagement opportunities as directed by your Manager. - Attend training sessions to stay updated on product and/or company updates. - Upsell/cross-sell of products and services when opportunity arises (e.g., internships). - Document call information and input data into the company CRM to keep customer records updated. Role Description The International Recruitment Specialist, Seasonal Exchange Programs will be responsible for selling CIEE seasonal placement services to businesses in the U.S. in a way that aligns with CIEE's mission and value. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with excellent relationship-building and sales experience, customer service skills, confidence, and flexibility. - Sell CIEE's Seasonal Exchange programs to prospective U.S. businesses. - Prospect and cold call to collect relevant information about the host employer's needs. - Foster ongoing relationships with host employers (recruiters, H.R. representatives, business owners, U.S. summer camps). - Provide consultation on hiring needs and creating a successful Bridge USA program. - Obtain commitments from host employers and U.S. summer camps to hire Bridge USA participants through CIEE hiring services by presenting a tailored hiring solution to meet each host employer's unique needs. - Promote CIEE at regional and national tradeshows as needed. - Work with other teams on Seasonal Exchanges to ensure a successful program experience for Bridge USA participants, from application to program completion. - Hire program participants for host employers - hire may be in-person, overseas, or virtually. - Maintain an accurate and complete sales database. - Travel internationally as needed to support CIEE's program placement goals and objectives. - Perform other duties as assigned. Events Assistant

Role Description This is a temporary position that will begin in June 2026 and run through October 2026, with the possibility of renewal during the 2027 high season. The Temporary Events Assistant will work closely with the Events Manager and Events Coordinator to support the project management and coordination of key logistics across multiple concurrent events, including: - High School Inbound meetings and incentive trips serving 20–200 guests - The New York Student Tour, welcoming 100+ international high school students weekly over a two to four-week period - The Annual International Exchange Conference, hosting ~200 attendees including staff, government officials, host employers, international representatives and partners, and local coordinators Additional responsibilities may include supporting the planning for other events such as the annual All Staff Meeting, department and leadership meetings, and hosted dinners throughout the calendar year. Role Description The High School Outbound (HSOB) Events Manager owns the project management and supports the development, planning, and execution of domestic and international events, including conferences, educator site visits, and team training sessions. Reporting to the HSOB Marketing Manager, you will serve as the liaison between HSOB and the centralized CIEE Events team to ensure all event plans stay on track and on budget. You will collaborate across CIEE teams to maximize the impact of each event. What you’ll do: - Events: - Collaborate on triannual HSOB team trainings (domestic). - Organize the Annual Global Education Summit (domestic). - Plan annual summer site visits (international). - Manage other events as assigned. - Project Management: - Drive the planning and execution timeline of all HSOB events. - Develop the brief for each event to align the HSOB and Events teams. - Chair all event planning meetings and summarize/distribute notes. - Help define the theme, scope, and needs of each event. - Develop the detailed project timeline for each event. - Track the status of all event plans and provide leadership with updates. - Lead the administrative wrap-up of the event. - Assist with on-site logistics at in-person events. - Logistics: - Execute events on schedule and within budget. - Coordinate all pre-event logistics for internal trainings. - Work with third-party contractors to solicit contract proposals. - Conduct regular audits of all event expense reports. - Collaborate with the finance team to resolve coding discrepancies. - Communication: - Develop communication plans for event promotion. - Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries. - Promotion: - Collaborate with HSOB Marketing Manager and Coordinator to develop digital campaign materials. - Oversee social media strategy for events. - Work with the HSOB Marketing team to distribute content post-event. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - 3+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or a related field. - Experience with high school populations or in education is a plus. Requirements - The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Strong project management skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and delegate tasks effectively. - Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Teams). - Experience with web-based collaboration tools; proficiency in Canva, Salesforce, and Asana is a plus. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to respond quickly to changing circumstances. - Personal experience living or studying abroad is preferred. - Some evening and weekend work may be required. - Occasional domestic and international travel may be required. Role Description CIEE’s Business Analysts are a critical link between our engineering teams and business units. They support all functions involved in the design, development, documentation, training, testing, and maintenance of our software applications. These applications are used to market to, acquire, and support on-program CIEE participants.
