• Develop and take responsibility for the target technical architecture of our hybrid IT infrastructure • Define and establish architecture standards, network segmentation, naming conventions, and security baselines • Evaluate new technologies and support architecture and technology decisions • Work closely with the Cloud & Platform team • Conduct architecture reviews for infrastructure and cloud projects • Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code as the standard operating method • Define repository structures, review processes, and deployment workflows • Actively support the team through pair programming, workshops, and knowledge transfer • Coordinate collaboration between Infrastructure and Cloud & Platform • Create and maintain architecture and infrastructure documentation as well as technical standards

• As Key User, you are responsible for the supply, production and inventory planning modules of our Advanced Planning System (APS). You monitor planning parameters, master data and system settings, and work closely with IT on the continuous optimization of the system. • You support the rollout and further development of our APS, contribute to the functional design, define functional requirements, accompany implementation and monitor the value delivered by the introduced solutions. • You develop and document the end-to-end operating model for our supply planning processes, including constraint-based planning rules, planning fences, exception logic and frozen-window policies. • You are responsible for inventory policy frameworks, including service policies, inventory segmentation, safety stock targets and replenishment parameters, and translate these into playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • You define supply planning KPIs (e.g., service level, plan adherence, capacity utilization, inventory turns, SLOB and schedule adherence), develop dashboards and reports, analyze supply and planning deviations and derive concrete recommendations for operational teams and management. • You develop scenario analyses, support training, capability building and adoption, ensure high standards in master data management and identify optimization potential between defined processes and operational planning.

• You assess our products for marketability/compliance in the EU and the USA • You review product descriptions and marketing copy for compliance with food laws and regulations • You collaborate during product conception, development and launch preparation with Product Management, R&D, Business Development, Marketing and Customer Support on food regulatory matters • You monitor changes in food legislation and derive and implement appropriate measures for the affected departments • You handle official regulatory findings and coordinate responses to authorities • You are responsible for product notifications

• You develop innovative product ideas and concepts together with developers, scientists and medical experts • You coordinate the entire product development process – from the initial idea to a successful launch and beyond • You create precise and well-structured product briefs for the design and marketing teams • You take responsibility for end-to-end planning, prioritization and further development of cross-functional projects • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth information flow across all channels (B2C & B2B) • You analyze market trends, identify opportunities and define clear USPs for our products in close collaboration with the marketing team • You create and manage label data while ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Du bringst Interesse für das Thema Produktmanagement mit und hast Lust die Marke More Nutrition voranzutreiben? Qualifications - Du studierst im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelchemie, Ökotrophologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. - Du bringst gute EDV-Kenntnisse und einen versierten Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen mit. - Du verfügst über eine sehr sorgfältige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. - Du bist teamfähig und kommunikativ. - Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse. • You provide our customers with first-class support via Zendesk, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional and solution-oriented • You assist our customers with questions about orders, deliveries, products, returns and refunds • You take ownership of customer inquiries and handle them efficiently with the goal of achieving high customer satisfaction • You document customer contacts carefully and ensure a high level of service quality • You work with modern AI-powered tools to deliver efficient, high-quality customer service • You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality Management to create the best possible customer experience • You work closely with your Customer Support team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and working methods • As you gain experience, you take on additional responsibilities and contribute, among other things, to the development of our Help Center and other Customer Support projects

• Planning, coordinating and executing retail media activities in our core markets (Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy) • Briefing, managing and ensuring the quality of design assets and shopper-marketing content • Developing and implementing point-of-sale campaigns, customer-specific activations and strategic partnerships • Introducing and rolling out displays, POS materials and placement concepts across all relevant markets • Creating and continuously improving guidelines and best practices to ensure a consistent brand presence • Managing and coordinating external agencies, retailers' marketing teams and additional service providers • Supporting budget planning and owning assigned budgets • Reporting directly to the Media & Shopper Strategy Manager – International within the Media & Shopper Marketing team
