Client Success, Account Manager
Assistantly
• Own end-to-end client onboarding, guiding new e-commerce brands through account setup, Shopify integration, and initial fulfillment workflows. • Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, managing the relationship from onboarding through ongoing steady-state support. • Proactively monitor inventory levels across client accounts, flagging restock risk and nudging clients ahead of potential stockouts. • Manage and troubleshoot Shopify storefronts and integrations on behalf of clients, resolving day-to-day platform issues. • Track account health using internal account management tools, logging open issues, statuses, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with internal ops and warehouse teams to resolve client-facing fulfillment issues quickly and clearly. • Communicate fluently in DTC/e-commerce terminology (SKUs, inventory turns, fulfillment SLAs, restock cadence) when advising clients. • Surface upsell and expansion signals to the sales team; note that CRM usage is sales-owned, not account-management-owned. • Document account processes and client preferences to maintain continuity across the client lifecycle. • Report on account health metrics, escalating at-risk accounts before they churn. • Deliver clear, professional communication across email, chat, and calls with a consistently high service standard.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in client account management, customer success, or CX, ideally in e-commerce or logistics (must-have)
- Proficiency with Shopify (must-have)
- Familiarity with DTC/e-commerce workflows and terminology (must-have)
- Experience proactively managing client relationships end-to-end, not just reactive support (must-have)
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (must-have)
- Comfortable working across internal dashboards and account-tracking tools (must-have)
- Experience in logistics, freight, or fulfillment industries preferred
- Experience with account-health or CX platforms preferred

• Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms – covering cold outbound, warm inbound, and active referrers – moving each firm through the pipeline to become a repeat new client introducer. • Build trust and credibility through a consultative approach, positioning Allica as the most recommended bank by accountants. • Grow Allica’s presence across each firm, including multiple stakeholders, colleagues and offices, through regular regional travel and in-person meetings. • Introduce the Business Rewards Account and other banking products to firms and their clients, owning the end-to-end onboarding, funding and account usage journey. • Qualify and introduce clients with lending needs (e.g. commercial mortgages) to the appropriate Relationship Manager. • Act as the firm’s dedicated point of contact at Allica. • Deliver and continuously improve our Accountants Playbook, ensuring firms are positively onboarded and become active, repeat referrers. • Run regional activities - lunch and learns, roundtables and various other events. • Equip firms with an effective Partnerships Pack, marketing materials and joint initiatives to support client identification and introduction. • Maintain accurate portfolio records in the CRM, tracking and reporting on progress to support quality and informed decision-making. • Collaborate closely across Allica to ensure a seamless, professional experience for partners and customers.
Role Description PolyAI is searching for a GTM Manager to lead and scale our business development function, reporting into our GTM leadership team. In this role, you will drive pipeline generation by coaching and developing a high-performing GTM team, refining prospecting and qualification strategies, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to improve conversion across the funnel.
