• Own and grow a portfolio of reseller partnerships, prioritizing partners who show strong growth potential and revenue upside. • Build deep, trust-based relationships with partner reps and sales teams — the kind that make DeleteMe their go-to recommendation. • Roll up your sleeves and actively work deals alongside partners: joint calls, pricing support, deal strategy, and troubleshooting blockers. • Identify and recruit new growth-oriented reseller partners to expand DeleteMe's channel footprint. • Develop and execute joint business plans with key resellers, including enablement, incentives, and co-marketing efforts. • Drive partner engagement and pipeline through regular touchpoints, training, and proactive deal support. • Represent DeleteMe at partner events, summits, and joint customer engagements. • Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and program ROI; report on what's working and adjust accordingly. • Bonus: experience transacting in Public Sector (SLED/FED) partner environments.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years in partnerships/alliances
- A desire to build and scale a partner program from the ground up in B2B SaaS (cybersecurity or adjacent industries a plus).
- Strong operational expertise — comfortable designing processes, aligning sellers, and building repeatable partner playbooks.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate field-level partner relationships and create pipeline through co-sell engagement.
- Strategic thinker who can execute tactically; thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both partners and internal stakeholders.
- A can-do attitude and a solid sense of humor.
- Familiarity with Guidepoint, Evotek, VLCM, Tech Data, etc

Role Description We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Success & Account Manager to own the client relationship end-to-end — from onboarding through steady-state support. - Own end-to-end client onboarding, guiding new e-commerce brands through account setup, Shopify integration, and initial fulfillment workflows. - Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, managing the relationship from onboarding through ongoing steady-state support. - Proactively monitor inventory levels across client accounts, flagging restock risk and nudging clients ahead of potential stockouts. - Manage and troubleshoot Shopify storefronts and integrations on behalf of clients, resolving day-to-day platform issues. - Track account health using internal account management tools, logging open issues, statuses, and follow-ups. - Coordinate with internal ops and warehouse teams to resolve client-facing fulfillment issues quickly and clearly. - Communicate fluently in DTC/e-commerce terminology (SKUs, inventory turns, fulfillment SLAs, restock cadence) when advising clients. - Surface upsell and expansion signals to the sales team; note that CRM usage is sales-owned, not account-management-owned. - Document account processes and client preferences to maintain continuity across the client lifecycle. - Report on account health metrics, escalating at-risk accounts before they churn. - Deliver clear, professional communication across email, chat, and calls with a consistently high service standard.
