• Own delivery of the region’s commercial plan to deliver against all agreed commercial targets. • Prepare and present clear performance updates, regional plans and recommendations to the Head of Relationship Management and other senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong judgement, data-led decision making and ownership of outcomes. • Use regional performance data, pipeline insight, CRM activity and local market knowledge to drive timely actions to maximise regional performance. • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching and support to colleagues across the region, including regular one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, performance interventions, development planning and sharing of best practice. • Lead the development and execution of the region’s local business development strategy, ensuring Relationship Managers and Hunters build strong local networks with established SMEs, accountants, solicitors, business groups and other trusted professional advisers in the non-paid channel. • Drive Allica’s ambition to be Most Recommended Bank for ESMEs’s in the region, supporting customer, prospect and adviser relationships where appropriate and ensuring the Bank is known locally for speed, expertise, professionalism and outstanding service. • Be accountable for risk performance within the region, ensuring all required risk and control activities are completed to the required standard and in line with Allica’s risk appetite and policies. • Support the continued development of the D2C operating model, actively seeking opportunities to grow and recommend scalable ways of working as the channel grows. • It is expected that you will lead, nurture and coach your team, role modelling Allica’s culture and values at all times, and ensuring these are consistently reflected in the way your team operates. • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer and colleague experience and to maximise opportunities across the Bank.
• To support the delivery of the Bank’s Introducer strategy by providing a high‑quality, professional relationship management service to commercial finance brokers, prospective customers and existing customers. • The role is responsible for the origination and delivery of commercial mortgage lending, ensuring consistently high service standards, building strong broker relationships, and the maximisation of value through disciplined execution, collaboration and customer‑focused outcomes. • Building and relationship managing a portfolio/panel of commercial finance Introducers in the West Midlands region, with responsibility for day-to-day management of the relationships. • Reviewing, encouraging, managing, and progressing applications from Introducers from initial enquiry through to completion. • Owning the customer service to always ensure excellent service for Introducers, prospective customers, and existing customers. • Work closely and collaboratively with all areas of the Bank to ensure a seamless and professional service is always provided. • Promoting the Bank's culture and values. • Supporting lending applications in line with Allica’s Credit Policy and Credit Appetite. • Compliance with all mandatory policies. • Being a positive contributor to Allica’s culture, and always promoting our values of In It Together, Lead by Example, Need for Speed, Straight Bat, Own It. • Complying with all mandatory policies, and adherence to operational procedures to maintain internal controls. • Establishing and actively managing objectives and a personal development plan. • Deliver territory Business Plan and targeted lending volumes.
• Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms – covering cold outbound, warm inbound, and active referrers – moving each firm through the pipeline to become a repeat new client introducer. • Build trust and credibility through a consultative approach, positioning Allica as the most recommended bank by accountants. • Grow Allica’s presence across each firm, including multiple stakeholders, colleagues and offices, through regular regional travel and in-person meetings. • Introduce the Business Rewards Account and other banking products to firms and their clients, owning the end-to-end onboarding, funding and account usage journey. • Qualify and introduce clients with lending needs (e.g. commercial mortgages) to the appropriate Relationship Manager. • Act as the firm’s dedicated point of contact at Allica. • Deliver and continuously improve our Accountants Playbook, ensuring firms are positively onboarded and become active, repeat referrers. • Run regional activities - lunch and learns, roundtables and various other events. • Equip firms with an effective Partnerships Pack, marketing materials and joint initiatives to support client identification and introduction. • Maintain accurate portfolio records in the CRM, tracking and reporting on progress to support quality and informed decision-making. • Collaborate closely across Allica to ensure a seamless, professional experience for partners and customers.

• Map our funnels, spot the constraints, and propose where to focus across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation. • Each one with a clear mechanism, target segment, expected impact and success metric. • Use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, v0, Lovable, etc.) plus no-code (Webflow, Make, Retool, Zapier) to produce working prototypes, landing pages, onboarding flows, email sequences, internal tools, or whatever the experiment needs. Wire in the instrumentation to measure it. • Set up the tracking, run the analysis, document the learning — even when the answer is "this didn't work." • When something works, let’s do more of it and productionalise it so that we can reap ROI and grow revenues and profitability. • Maintain a public experiment backlog and reusable playbooks so the whole company gets sharper over time.

• Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities with regulated professional services firms across Scotland and the wider UK. • Develop and execute a structured business‑development strategy, supported by data‑driven insights and CRM‑based pipeline management. • Represent Allica Bank at industry events, conferences, and professional networks, building strong relationships with solicitors, accountants, independent financial advisors, and other fiduciary‑related intermediaries. • Serve as the dedicated relationship lead for a portfolio of regulated clients, ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the relationship. • Support and oversee the onboarding of regulated entities, ensuring AML/KYC and other regulatory requirements are met efficiently and accurately. • Provide subject‑matter expertise on client‑money banking, AML/KYC expectations, and fiduciary‑sector practices • Work closely with Product, Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to refine and enhance the fiduciary banking proposition. • Capture and escalate client feedback to inform product development, risk appetite considerations, and service improvements. • Assist in the creation of management information (MI), reports, and CRM‑driven insights for internal stakeholders. • Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of regulatory developments affecting the fiduciary sector (SRA, FCA, MoJ, AML changes, etc.). • Provide commercial insight to the wider bank on opportunities, risks, and market trends. • Support marketing initiatives by contributing sector expertise, case studies, and client‑led insights.
