• Monitor Qodana trial signups and product usage signals, and reach out to high-intent users and turn free usage into commercial conversations. • Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone, targeting engineering leaders, DevOps managers, and platform teams. • Displace incumbents by positioning Qodana’s value clearly and credibly. • Own and close deals up to €5,000 ARR end to end, including proposals, objection handling, negotiation, and signature. • Hand off larger opportunities to account executives with full context and clear expansion signals. • Flag renewal risk and support smaller account renewals, staying close to adoption post-sale. • Represent Qodana at developer conferences and JetBrains events across Europe. • Translate what you hear in the market – what resonates, what doesn’t, where we’re losing – into sales strategy and messaging.

• Improve and expand the RustRover debugger across its C++ backend and Java/Kotlin frontend. • Implement new IDE run/debug configurations, such as remote development support. • Enhance Rust expression evaluation capabilities. • Investigate and fix OS-specific SIGSEGV errors in C++ code from LLDB. • Design clear, maintainable code and ensure the algorithms behind it are sound.
• Translate product needs into agentic tools and services and ship them to production. • Scale prototypes to large numbers of users. • Improve and test our semantic search service. • Build evaluation pipelines for code retrieval and coding task performance.
• Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and acceptance testing. • Ensure product stability and release readiness. • Investigate, document, and report defects, ensuring they are prioritized, resolved, verified, and successfully delivered to users. • Expand manual test case scenarios and keep existing ones up to date. • Take ownership of complex testing areas and drive quality improvements through proactive initiatives. • Monitor automated test execution results and troubleshoot test failures. • Contribute to UI test automation by maintaining and extending automated tests using our established framework. • Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify risks when feature documentation is incomplete or evolving. • Update the internal knowledge base and share expertise with team members. • Cooperate with the support team to reproduce issues reported by our valued users.

• Work closely with JetBrains Account Executives. • Help customers adopt JetBrains products and services to achieve desired business outcomes. This responsibility may include whiteboarding and assisting with the development of architecture or providing support for overcoming technical and cultural barriers to adoption. • Manage the technical relationships for a portfolio of accounts, and partner with other members of the account team to define and implement the account strategies. • Be the customers’ advocate within JetBrains, representing them to the Support and Product Engineering teams, as well as other groups. • Recommend product enhancements based on your experiences with the customers and the feedback you receive from them. • Help product teams present and evaluate new product ideas to the customers in your portfolio. • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, staying up to date on the ever-evolving state of technology both within JetBrains and in the field at large. • Work with Sales to facilitate account expansions by developing short-term and long-term account plans that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and pre-sales engineering assistance to potential new customers. • Provide onboarding sessions for new customers and technical training for existing ones. • Develop key sales, demo, and promo materials for YouTrack and adapt existing demo setups for specific use cases. • Manage existing large accounts and work proactively to retain and develop them. • Act as a liaison between customers and the product team. • Recruit potential partners and work with existing ones to develop their YouTrack deployment capabilities.
