• You align with the product strategy, derive precise goals and problem spaces from it, and ensure transparency and alignment within the team. • You conduct continuous Product Discovery (research, hypotheses, experiments), prioritize based on customer value, business value and risk, and make well-founded decisions. • You proactively and systematically gather requirements, maintain a value-oriented backlog and plan iterative releases together with engineering, design and stakeholders. • You continuously question the team’s way of working and proactively introduce process improvements. • You moderate problem spaces instead of solution requests, manage expectations and make strategy, progress and risks clear and traceable. • You define KPI targets, ensure impact measurement and are responsible for the success of your initiatives including review and course correction.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in product management or a comparable role, strong in discovery, processes, structure, prioritization and agile ways of working.
- Excellent structuring and analytical skills and the ability to create high-quality requirements (e.g., PRDs, user stories, process documentation, success measurement).
- Solid technical understanding of complex system logic, APIs, data flows and technical dependencies.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly, advocate priorities decisively and facilitate constructively.
- You actively use AI in your work and are open to learning new tools and approaches.
- Ability to independently implement and further develop small tools and prototypes.
- Curiosity and a broad interest in new approaches, methods and technologies.
- Data-orientation and ownership of results; work independently and transparently.
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level).
