• You are responsible for enhancing and developing new microservices for SMART COMPARE • You participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (architecture, design, implementation, quality assurance, and documentation) • You work according to agile methods and take part in code reviews • You collaborate with colleagues from consulting, database administration, development, and support • You actively contribute to technological advancement — whether in C#-based systems or in the Perl environment

• Responsible for subprojects during the rollout of the ERP software WOWIPORT. • Close collaboration with decision-makers and advising on functional and process-related questions. • Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders. • Custom configuration of WOWIPORT for clients and delivery of user trainings.

• You are the technical point of contact in the development team: you actively code, make technical decisions in day‑to‑day work and support colleagues through technical mentoring, without having disciplinary management responsibilities. • Actively contribute as a developer during the sprint, including implementing your own features and bug fixes. • Take on more complex technical tasks and resolve architectural challenges in everyday team work. • Participate in architecture decisions within the team, for example around modularization, interfaces and security. • Actively contribute to the further development of our core systems (C#/.NET, MS SQL) toward resilient, containerized services in a Kubernetes cluster. • Consider non‑functional requirements such as observability, performance, scalability, security and deployment. • Actively help expand and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps) and establish Clean Code, code reviews and automated tests (unit & system tests) with a clear shift‑left mindset. • Contribute to shorter development cycles and more reliable deployments within the team. • Promote knowledge sharing instead of siloed expertise: ensure that knowledge is accessible across the team, documented and not bound to individual persons. • Work on structured, understandable and up‑to‑date process and system documentation. • Develop practical best‑practice guides and technical standards with a focus on quality and efficiency. • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers in the areas of architecture, Clean Code and systems thinking, without disciplinary responsibility. • Support onboarding of new team members through technical input and knowledge transfer. • Encourage continuous learning and constructive technical exchange within the team. • Closely coordinate with the Engineering Manager on technical questions and the team’s technical direction.

• You align with the product strategy, derive precise goals and problem spaces from it, and ensure transparency and alignment within the team. • You conduct continuous Product Discovery (research, hypotheses, experiments), prioritize based on customer value, business value and risk, and make well-founded decisions. • You proactively and systematically gather requirements, maintain a value-oriented backlog and plan iterative releases together with engineering, design and stakeholders. • You continuously question the team’s way of working and proactively introduce process improvements. • You moderate problem spaces instead of solution requests, manage expectations and make strategy, progress and risks clear and traceable. • You define KPI targets, ensure impact measurement and are responsible for the success of your initiatives including review and course correction.
