• Operative Umsetzung von KI‑Agenten: Du baust neue KI‑Agenten auf Basis klar formulierter Anforderungen aus den Teams und entwickelst bestehende Agenten weiter • Technische Umsetzung & Betrieb: Du konfigurierst, betreust und optimierst unsere bestehenden GenAI‑Anwendungen und technischen Komponenten (z. • Verantwortung für die Einführung bestimmter Module unseres ERP Systems WOWIPORT bei unseren Kund:innen • Koordinierung von Terminen und Budgetüberwachung • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Project Manager • Fachliche Ansprechperson für die WOWIPORT Key User • Eigenverantwortliche Datenpflege im Projekttool Asana • Proaktive Kommunikation von Optimierungsvorschlägen und Schulungsunterlagen

• Operate and stabilize existing ELT pipelines based on Snowflake, dbt and Airflow. • Develop and maintain maintainable data models in dbt. • Integrate heterogeneous data sources into consistent datasets. • Implement quality checks, tests and monitoring across the entire pipeline. • Develop, maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports. • Act as a sparring partner for the team lead on architecture and process decisions.

• Independently implement test automation for our digital products within the platform infrastructure • Responsible for creating and maintaining test concepts, test specifications and test cases • Active role in the release process for software updates and new features • Identify and document software defects • Work closely with developers and support colleagues • Contribute to shaping the team and participate in team decisions in a self-organized manner

• Conduct internal and external inspections of residential, commercial and specialised properties • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate living/floor space • Document current construction status and maintenance measures • Communicate digitally with colleagues about current issues

• You advise Hypoport companies on the development, operation, and continuous improvement of management systems for information security and business continuity • You design, conduct, and translate risk analyses into concrete security measures • You develop security policies, processes, and emergency plans and support their implementation • You plan, coordinate, and evaluate security and emergency tests • You prepare and conduct audits as well as awareness training on information security and BCM

• Work on various digital products within the product portfolio • Develop new features together with the development team and UX/UI • Create technical concepts in collaboration with other developers • Further develop infrastructure to be scalable, stable, secure, high-performing and flexible

• You cultivate and develop sustainable relationships with our regional product partners. • You analyze and identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and successfully implement them. • You actively connect sales and partners and promote close, successful collaboration. • You design and moderate events (online & on-site) to strengthen exchange and knowledge transfer. • You support sales with product-related know-how, prepare content clearly, and ensure high information quality. • You monitor market trends and competition and derive concrete measures for your region.
