• Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung und Neuentwicklung unserer Microservices für SMART COMPARE verantwortlich • Du wirkst in allen Phasen der Softwareentwicklung ( Architektur, Konzeption, Implementierung, Qualitätssicherung sowie Dokumentation ) mit • Du arbeitest nach agilen Methoden und nimmst an Code Reviews teil • Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Consulting, Datenbankadministration, Entwicklung und Support zusammen • Du bringst dich aktiv in die technologische Weiterentwicklung ein – egal ob in C#-basierten Systemen oder im Perl-Umfeld

• Responsible for subprojects during the rollout of the ERP software WOWIPORT. • Close collaboration with decision-makers and advising on functional and process-related questions. • Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders. • Custom configuration of WOWIPORT for clients and delivery of user trainings.

• You are the technical point of contact in the development team: you actively code, make technical decisions in day‑to‑day work and support colleagues through technical mentoring, without having disciplinary management responsibilities. • Actively contribute as a developer during the sprint, including implementing your own features and bug fixes. • Take on more complex technical tasks and resolve architectural challenges in everyday team work. • Participate in architecture decisions within the team, for example around modularization, interfaces and security. • Actively contribute to the further development of our core systems (C#/.NET, MS SQL) toward resilient, containerized services in a Kubernetes cluster. • Consider non‑functional requirements such as observability, performance, scalability, security and deployment. • Actively help expand and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps) and establish Clean Code, code reviews and automated tests (unit & system tests) with a clear shift‑left mindset. • Contribute to shorter development cycles and more reliable deployments within the team. • Promote knowledge sharing instead of siloed expertise: ensure that knowledge is accessible across the team, documented and not bound to individual persons. • Work on structured, understandable and up‑to‑date process and system documentation. • Develop practical best‑practice guides and technical standards with a focus on quality and efficiency. • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers in the areas of architecture, Clean Code and systems thinking, without disciplinary responsibility. • Support onboarding of new team members through technical input and knowledge transfer. • Encourage continuous learning and constructive technical exchange within the team. • Closely coordinate with the Engineering Manager on technical questions and the team’s technical direction.

• Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere B2B-Partner und sorgst dafür, dass im Tagesgeschäft alles rundläuft – von der Anfrage bis zum fertigen Onboarding. • Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, Operations und dem Tech-Team und hältst dem Team den Rücken frei, damit Anfragen schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert beantwortet werden. • Du sorgst mit dafür, dass Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft zuverlässig funktionieren und mit dem Unternehmen mitwachsen. • Kundensupport: Du bearbeitest unsere Support-Inbox und beantwortest die Anfragen unserer B2B-Partner zu Systemen, Zugängen und Abrechnungsthemen – schnell und lösungsorientiert. • Du übernimmst Angebots- und Abrechnungsprozesse und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Erfassung und Pflege relevanter Daten. • Du führst Erstgespräche und Produktdemos und zeigst Partnern, wie unsere Plattform sie weiterbringt. • Du stellst einen erfolgreichen Start neuer Partner sicher und übernimmst dabei die notwendigen administrativen und manuellen Aufgaben. • Du erkennst wiederkehrendes Produktfeedback und bringst es strukturiert ins Produktteam ein.

• You will independently manage our internal communications channel Value Connect (MS Teams) with editorial contributions — from company news to personal milestones of our employees (new starters, anniversaries, doctoral completions, passed exams, and much more) • You design and maintain our intranet presence in Confluence — in text and visuals, with a strong sense for what truly resonates • You contribute to People & Culture projects, currently for example in developing and rolling out our corporate culture around values & behaviors • You work with modern AI tools to support your daily tasks (text generation, image creation, research) • You report directly to the VP People & Culture and bring your own ideas — and we mean it

• Development and operation of production AI- and ML-based applications for products, platforms, and internal workflows • Design and implementation of solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Graph-RAG systems • Building robust backend services, APIs, and data pipelines • Monitoring and optimizing model quality, data quality, performance, latency, costs, and reliability of AI systems

• New client acquisition: You proactively approach potential clients in the housing sector, present our portfolio and acquire new customers for long-term collaboration. • Existing client management: You advise housing companies on existing and new insurance contracts, with a focus on building, property and liability insurance as well as other corporate insurance products. • Networking: You work closely with the sales teams of our other product areas and leverage this network to drive your sales success. • Fee-based consulting: You support insurance analyses and risk-optimization projects — from analysis of the housing company to development of recommendations and presentation to the client. • Insurance concepts: You develop structured insurance solutions and present them convincingly to managing directors and boards. • Claims processes: You understand your clients' claims handling workflows and can explain and optimize digital processes and integration/interface topics with other systems. • Events: You represent Dr. Klein Wowi Finanz at industry and specialist events and actively maintain your regional network.
