• Guide clients to the best strategic product decisions tailored to their organization and business goals • Translate and bridge client business needs with technical solutions • Provide a global perspective on development processes • Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implementation plans align with expectations • Identify and articulate client business needs and opportunities for growth • Act as a trusted advisor on clients' technology strategy • Serve as a Product Owner by developing and refining the backlog in Jira • Represent business needs to developers and ensure timely ticket completion

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading software applications and/or providing strategic advisory and account management services
  • Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced to fluent English communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior executives, R&D, product management, legal, finance, sales, and marketing
  • Professional experience with backlog processes and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, and Asana
  • Confident facilitation of whiteboarding, conceptualization, and prioritization sessions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional business and technical teams to provide timely issue resolution
