Senior Product Manager

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Flex marketplace • Own major product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, including high-quality PRDs, clear success criteria, and cross-functional alignment • Use product data, marketplace signals, customer insights, and user research to identify the highest-value problems to solve • Make strategic tradeoffs across conversion, retention, supply and demand, matching quality, operational efficiency, and user experience • Partner deeply with Engineering and Design while driving alignment across Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, Finance, and leadership • Measure what ships, learn from outcomes, and feed those insights back into product strategy • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become obvious - and bring a point of view on what we should do next • Apply AI and LLMs pragmatically as a force multiplier - both to simplify user workflows and to supercharge your own team's operational velocity

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience shipping software in startup, marketplace, SaaS, or scaled technology environments
  • Experience owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to define clear problems, success criteria, requirements, and tradeoffs
  • Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, evaluate user behavior, funnel conversion, retention, or marketplace health
  • Strong technical communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across technical, business, and executive audiences
