• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes that help teams explore product concepts, validate user experiences, and communicate design direction. • Develop reusable components, technical tooling, and shared capabilities that improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency across Product Design. • Partner closely with Product Designers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure design intent is translated into thoughtful, high-quality implementation. • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and modern development practices that improve design workflows and expand what's possible for the team. • Champion technical excellence by documenting best practices, mentoring teammates, and driving adoption of new tools and workflows that elevate design quality and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, front-end engineering, design systems, design technology, or a related discipline, with experience working across both design and engineering.
  • Experience building high-fidelity interactive prototypes using modern front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).
  • Experience developing reusable components, design systems, or internal tooling that improves team efficiency and product consistency.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and prototyping technologies, along with modern software development workflows including version control and collaborative engineering practices.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve productivity, accelerate prototyping, and streamline technical workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to translate between design and engineering perspectives.
