Present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to cross functional teams and Growth Marketing leadership - Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative paid social strategies and tests aligned with our overall marketing objectives - Develop and complete detailed A/B and multivariate testing calendars to identify winning creative, audience, and targeting strategies - Advise on budget allocation across channels based on last touch and MMM performance - Collaborate closely with internal Creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling and high-performing ads that resonate with our target audiences - Cultivate positive relationships with key social vendor and agency partners to ensure efficient execution, access to new opportunities, and collaborative problem-solving - Creation and maintenance of AI agents and agentic workstreams YOU BRING TO PELOTON - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social media execution across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will monitor ROI and use your judgment to refine future plans, ensuring plans align with Peloton’s broader goals YOU BRING TO PELOTON - 3+ years in eCommerce account management, digital sales strategy, or vendor management (Amazon Vendor Central experience highly preferred) - Proven ability to work independently and create structure to solve complex, unstructured problems - Demonstrated experience managing operational chargebacks, inventory forecasting, and catalog health within a large-scale retail environment - Advanced proficiency in tools like Looker and Excel; ability to move beyond "pulling data" to formulating recommendations based on that data - Trusted by peers and management to steward cross-functional projects and constructively influence priorities - Strong ability to share updates, opportunities, and solutions clearly with peers and senior leadership - Ability to travel as needed to build and maintain external partner relationships The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters.
