• Execute visual design work from concept through final delivery across digital formats: paid ads, social, web, email, and display. • Design creative for major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others) with a performance-first mindset. • Apply brand guidelines and creative best practices consistently across all assets. • Take projects from initial idea to completion, collaborating with creative strategists, copywriters, art directors, and developers. • Take direction and feedback from senior creative team members and apply it to your work. • Partner with client services, strategy, and media teams to make sure creative supports campaign goals from the start. • Support quick-turn requests, including resizing, editing, and asset clean-up. • Use data and feedback to refine designs after launch. • Use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow for rapid concepting, image generation, content variations, and iteration. • Stay current on design trends, tools, AI capabilities, and platform updates.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4+ years of experience or equivalent education
- A strong portfolio showing digital ad design and branding work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they fit into a design workflow
- Understanding of digital ad formats and platform best practices
- Knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
- Strong time management across multiple concurrent projects
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
