Role Description Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Virtual Sales Team Lead – Healthcare to remotely lead and manage its healthcare sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Driving sales growth - Developing and executing sales strategies - Coaching and mentoring the sales team - Managing key client relationships - Ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through virtual engagement and effective sales management The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare sales, a proven track record in leading virtual or geographically dispersed teams, and the ability to leverage digital sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms to maximize team performance and business growth.
