Role Description The Director of Automotive Sales – EMEA is responsible for accelerating eInfochips's growth in advanced mobility technologies including electrification, ADAS, connectivity, and software-defined vehicles. - Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a region-wide sales strategy targeting top automotive OEMs and Tier-1s in Europe and the broader EMEA region. - Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert new strategic accounts, with a strong focus on long-cycle consultative selling in engineering and design services. - Relationship Management: Leverage existing and build new high-level relationships with C-suite executives across leading players. - Account Growth: Grow early-stage relationships into multi-million-dollar partnerships; ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, solutioning, and domain experts to tailor offerings and ensure successful program execution. - Leadership: Build, mentor, and guide a regional sales team over time; act as the senior face of the company in EMEA automotive engagements. - Market Intelligence: Provide voice-of-customer insights, track industry developments and stay ahead of industry trends, disruptions (e.g., EVs, ADAS, SDVs), and competitive movements to shape proactive strategies. Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the automotive engineering services or technology sector. - Proven track record of landing and expanding large strategic accounts in EMEA, especially at the C-suite level. - Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and influence with OEMs and Tier-1s. - Strong understanding of automotive engineering cycles, product development processes, and the evolving mobility ecosystem (EVs, AD/ADAS, software-defined vehicles, etc.). - Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and lead consultative selling of technical services. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and occasionally beyond.
