Role Description This role is designed to strengthen our HR foundations and support ongoing recruitment efforts, allowing senior team members to focus on strategy and leadership. We are looking for a hands-on HR & Recruitment Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment sourcing. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, and who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep people processes running smoothly. You will work closely with senior management and hiring managers, supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping build a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities - HR Administration - Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, personal data, probation tracking) - Support onboarding and offboarding processes - Track probation periods, leave, and key HR dates - Assist with contract preparation and document coordination - Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation - Coordinate basic HR communications and reminders - Support compliance-related admin (documents, filings, internal trackers) - Recruitment Support & Sourcing - Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases - Screen CVs and shortlist candidates against role requirements - Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication - Maintain recruitment trackers and talent pipelines - Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions - Support employer branding tasks (LinkedIn posts, job ads coordination) Qualifications - 1–3 years’ experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or people operations - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Confident written and spoken English (Bahasa Indonesia required) - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and basic HR systems - Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with confidential information

Role Description The Manager, HR Business Partner supports District Manager leadership with a strong focus on Director-level development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
