Role Description MGT is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to own and lead recruiting efforts for our growing management consulting practice. This individual will serve as both a full-cycle recruiter and campus recruiting lead, helping attract, assess, and hire exceptional consulting talent across experienced hire and university pipelines. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition at MGT. The ideal candidate will bring experience in management consulting, consulting recruiting, or professional services recruiting and will be comfortable owning both recruiting strategy and hands-on execution. In this role you will: - Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for consulting roles across the firm, including Analysts, Associate Consultants, Engagement Managers, and specialized hires. - Partner closely with consulting leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities. - Build and manage relationships with top universities, student organizations, career centers, and MBA programs. - Serve as the primary campus recruiting liaison for MGT, coordinating recruiting events, interview processes, and internship programs. - Source and engage high-caliber candidates from consulting firms, graduate programs, and adjacent industries. - Own the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. - Develop and improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and talent tracking systems. - Manage recruiting operations, including scheduling, pipeline management, reporting, and coordination with hiring teams. - Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting marketing, and thought leadership efforts. - Take initiative in building scalable recruiting strategies and identifying opportunities to improve talent acquisition outcomes. - Represent MGT with professionalism and credibility when engaging candidates, universities, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Role Description MGT is seeking a self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support our Contract Operations function within our Infrastructure Performance Group. The successful candidate is expected to work in a fast-paced environment while managing a large pipeline of contracts throughout their lifecycle, while simultaneously applying legal reasoning, research, and writing skills on a variety of complex tasks. - Manage and track contracts from cradle to grave, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts in accordance with MGT’s contract policies and procedures. - Meet with both internal and external stakeholders, present findings, partner with outside counsel and consultants to determine compliance/risk. - Ensure all contracts abide by local, state, and federal laws. - Oversee contractor and vendor pipelines. - Prepare contract letters and other legal communications/notices. - Assess needs and develop new policies for the Contracts Department. - Improve filing and data control processes in accordance with compliance standards. - Monitor inbound email traffic to identify requests from internal and external customers.
