Job Description
Associate Engineer
Presidio
• Ship clean, reliable code that runs in production and that your teammates can build on without second-guessing. • Turn rough requirements into working features by breaking problems down, asking sharp questions, and closing the loop fast. • Catch bugs before clients do by writing and running tests as a normal part of how you deliver. • Track down the root cause of tough issues, fix them, and raise blockers early so the engagement keeps moving. • Strengthen the whole team through honest code reviews, visible progress, and early warnings when something looks risky. • Expand your range every sprint by picking up new languages, frameworks, cloud services, and AI-assisted tools as the work calls for them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

- Working fluency in at least one modern language such as Java, Python, C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control in a shared codebase.
- A real testing instinct: you write and validate tests because you want your work to hold up, not because someone told you to.
- Clear communication and a learning mindset: you say where things stand, ask when you are stuck, and turn feedback into progress quickly.
- Willingness and ability to travel 0–10% as engagement needs require.
