• Implementar, configurar y mantener la funcionalidad de Evaluación de Desempeño y Objetivos (PGM). • Se requiere pueda configurar la siguiente funcionalidad: • Gestión de Objetivos (Goals Management) • Configuración de plantillas de metas con campos estándar (objetivo, descripción, métricas, peso, fechas). • Cascada y alineación de objetivos desde los niveles estratégicos hasta los individuales. • Uso de la librería estándar de objetivos y competencias de SAP. • Seguimiento automático del progreso de metas. • Gestión de Desempeño (Performance Management) • Definición de plantillas de evaluación estándar con secciones de objetivos, competencias y desarrollo. • Flujos de evaluación configurables autoevaluación, jefe directo, apares o subordinados (360°). • Escalas de calificación preconfiguradas /numéricas, texto o mixtas). • Consolidación de resultados en un documento digital único por colaborador. • Calibración. • Tableros de calibración estándar para revisar y ajustar evaluaciones. • Uso de la matriz 9-box /desempeño vs potencial) para decisiones de talento. • Registro de cambios y trazabilidad para garantizar equidad y cumplimiento. • Desempeño continuo (Continuos Performance Management – CPM). • Registro de actividades, logros y retroalimentación en tiempo real. • Soporte para reuniones 1:1 entre jefe y colaborador dentro de la plataforma. • Disponibilidad móvil para seguimiento ágil y colaborativo. • Creación de planes de desarrollo individuales a partir de la evaluación. • Integración estándar con módulos como Compensation (para meritocracia salarial) y Career Development & Succession (Para planes de carrera). • Reportes Preconfigurados de avance de objetivos.
