• Participate in the implementation of the SAP Cash Management solution • Gather requirements and support the definition of financial processes • Configure and integrate SAP FI module functionalities related to cash management • Support testing, user acceptance (UAT), documentation, and user support • Work closely with functional and business teams throughout the project.

• Work on implementation, enhancement and support projects for the SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) module • Receive internal training and development • Support analysis of requirements related to billing processes, accounting postings, taxation and integration with external systems (customer portals, public authorities such as municipal governments) • Assist in configuring billing rules, payment terms, taxes, revenue and tax postings, among other settings • Participate in testing and client acceptance (homologation) • Support the team in analyzing billing errors

• Work with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement, managing omnichannel campaigns and journeys; • Translate business requirements into automation, segmentation and campaign personalization strategies; • Configure Emarsys features, including Automations/Journeys, email, SMS, push, web and social ads; • Work on integrations with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SAP Commerce Cloud, CDPs and other data sources; • Participate in the design and monitoring of integrations via SAP CPI (Cloud Integration); • Support the definition of data models, marketing KPIs and campaign optimization; • Support pre-sales activities, assisting with demos, workshops and technical/commercial proposals.
• Provide AMS support for the Employee Central (EC) module of SAP SuccessFactors • Receive, analyze and resolve user tickets/incidents • Implement system improvements and configurations • Troubleshoot integrations and business processes • Document solutions, fixes and customizations performed • Assist with SuccessFactors release updates and rollouts • Guide and train end users as needed • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements • Ensure HR processes adhere to SAP standards
