SAP AMS Support Manager – Junior

• Plan and lead SAP implementation, improvement and rollout projects; • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and quality; • Coordinate functional and technical teams (consultants, ABAP, BASIS, integrations); • Ensure alignment between business and IT; • Conduct executive status meetings with client stakeholders; • Run agile ceremonies (Planning, Review, Retrospective); • Support backlog prioritization with the client; • Ensure incremental deliveries focused on value; • Manage AMS contracts (monthly baseline, backlog and prioritization); • Control SLAs, volume, capacity (FTEs) and profitability; • Monitor performance and customer satisfaction indicators; • Act in management of critical incidents and escalations; • Support continuous improvement strategies and increase service maturity.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP projects or supporting AMS management;
  • Knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM or similar);
  • Basic financial control of projects;
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar;
  • Practical experience in AMS contracts;
  • Experience managing monthly baselines and margin control;
  • Ability to lead executive committees;
  • Experience in complex, multi-module environments.
  • Desired: English, Spanish, or both at intermediate or advanced level.

Role Description The Senior SAP Security Analyst will play a critical role in managing the software development lifecycle of SAP Security at Curtiss-Wright. Location: Remote, India Your Challenge: - Design, configure, and communicate SAP user management and security matrices across various SAP solutions, including SAP Finance, Order to Cash, Service to Cash (Aftermarket/Repairs), Procure to Pay, Manufacturing (MM), Enterprise Warehouse Management, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Analyze and assess risks associated with application security exposures, providing solutions to eliminate or mitigate these risks. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of information security management principles, SAP application security methodologies, and SAP user and role management tools. - Have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in defining the SAP Security approach, role design, authorization concepts, and user provisioning. - Collaborate with the existing SAP team to conduct and manage audit reviews.
