Wholesale Account Coordinator
RTIC Outdoors
• Serve as the primary operational contact for International and Domestic retail partners and own all backend execution. • Track the lifecycle of orders from entry to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution. • Manage new items and customer setup within retailer-specific systems and portals. • Partner with National Account Manager and VP of Sales to support account growth and resolve order-related issues quickly and efficiently. • Compile and analyze orderbook reports specific to key retailers' performance, identifying trends and opportunities. • Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and manage ongoing email communication. • Follow the end-to-end order-to-shipment process, collaborating with our DC (Distribution Center) to ensure timely shipping. • Work closely with operations and planning to track shortages and delays, communicating updates to the customer as needed to maintain a clean orderbook.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of wholesale/retail operations experience, preferably with direct exposure to Canada and/or other international retailers and markets.
- Hands-on experience coordinating International Direct Import programs is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of EDI processes, supply chain logistics, and retail compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills; comfort with data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-starter with strong follow-through, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with experience managing chargebacks, PO flows, and item setup.
- Familiarity with retail launch calendars and compliance scorecards is a plus.
- Proficient in computer skills, with a strong command of relevant technology platforms.
- Ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complexity and structure workflows.
- Effective communicator with strong follow-through and a commitment to ownership.
- Self-driven with excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.

Role Description GE Lighting, a Savant company, has an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to be at the forefront of our efforts to lead the lighting revolution with Target. The NAM will take ownership for GE Lighting for both in-store and online business. The NAM will be tasked with developing and implementing a long-term growth and profitability strategy while consistently delivering short and medium-term results.
