Digital Account Manager
Dentsu International
• Serve as a day-to-day lead for a global enterprise client, building trusted relationships and demonstrating strong client leadership. • Oversee and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels), using performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Partner closely with cross-regional teams, including stakeholders in Israel, to ensure alignment, delivery excellence, and consistent communication. • Translate client objectives into effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive measurable impact. • Analyze campaign performance metrics and build clear, data-driven reporting that communicates results and recommendations to clients. • Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence, delivering clear insights and strategic recommendations grounded in performance data. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, paid media, or performance marketing, within an agency or client-facing environment
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns and analyzing performance data to inform strategy
- Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client relationships
- Strong working knowledge of digital media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear client-facing insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging global stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, and international teams
