Long-Term Care Sales Account Manager

• Establish clinical understanding, access and sales demand within LTC sector for target accounts • Call on LTC facilities and affiliated business entities daily through meetings and presentations • Analyze territory information to develop target mapping and optimize routing • Establish professional relationships and maintain effective networks with key decision makers • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand access • Execute brand sales strategies and manage existing accounts within long-term care sector • Maintain call documentation and report field activities accurately • Collaborate with various teams like Regional Account Management and Medical Affairs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) preferred
- LTC Sales Experience with minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- LTC Account Management Experience with minimum of three (3) years in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Account Manager role
- Long-Term Care (LTC) Clinical Experience with minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in long-term care settings
- Experience with skilled nursing facilities (SNF), assisted living facilities (ALF), LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and calendar-based call planning tools
- Ability to navigate long-term care systems and build relationships
- Documented record of demand generation and sales achievements

• Establish clinical understanding, access and sales demand within LTC sector (i.e, LTC Facilities and LTC Pharmacies) for target accounts • Effectively and consistently call on LTC facilities and affiliated business entities daily through one-on-one meetings and presentations, professional education programs and other appropriate means • Responsible for executing and tracking a high level of call and field productivity; expected to meet and exceed expectations for target number of account and customer calls per day • Analyze territory information and insights to develop and execute effective target mapping, account plans, optimize routing, and maximize field resources to achieve results • Establish professional relationships and maintain an effective communication network with the customer at multiple levels • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand access and utilization • Manage and grow existing accounts within the long-term care sector • Perform Company business in accordance with all regulations and company policy
• Sell tires for the most awarded tire company in the world • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients. • Manage accounts end-to-end and coordinate internally to meet client needs. • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base. • Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions that align with client goals. • Track performance metrics and take action to ensure success.
• Retain current customers and identify opportunities to grow or expand their presence and usage across the platform. • Manage the relationship with current customers, including contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. • Drive platform adoption and assess overall health of a customer’s engagement with Outreach. • Provide strategic insight and guidance to customers aligned with their goals. • Act as trusted advisors to the Revenue Office for their customers and provide guidance throughout the customer’s journey.
