Virtual Key Account Manager
IQVIA
• Develop and grow key customer accounts through effective virtual engagement • Build relationships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Community Pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors and Public Health stakeholders • Deliver compliant product and disease-area education focused on tobacco dependency and smoking cessation • Identify account opportunities and create tailored business plans to drive growth • Gather market insights and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximise account performance
Job Requirements
- Proven pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management experience
- Experience working autonomously in Primary Care or Community Healthcare
- Strong virtual selling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and account planning capabilities
- ABPI qualified
- Good understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems and commissioning environment
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent desirable
