Job Description

Senior IT Tech Recruiter – Commission, Part Time

RunRemote

• Create compelling job descriptions and post them on the ATS, job boards, and work-from-home groups across various platforms. • Conduct continuous and proactive sourcing to identify high-calibre candidates across various specialisations. • Screen candidates to assess their expertise, experience, and suitability for the role. • Review assessment results and progress qualified candidates to the initial interview stage. • Conduct initial and screening interviews to better understand each candidate’s experience and role alignment. • Coordinate and book interview calls with candidates and relevant stakeholders. • Conduct client interview preparation sessions to ensure shortlisted candidates are fully informed about the client and role expectations. • Carry out reference checks prior to hiring decisions. • Negotiate salary ranges where required. • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates. • Conduct post-hiring check-in calls to support successful onboarding. • Maintain and clean up the job pipeline within the ATS to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, with at least five years of experience as a recruiter.
  • At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong technical recruitment experience is required.
  • Experience recruiting within the LATAM and PH market is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent.
  • Open to receiving feedback and confident in providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience working in a headhunting or recruitment firm is highly regarded.
  • Highly driven, with a strong desire to deliver excellence.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong time management skills.
