• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. • Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and business requirements documents. • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings. • Maintain requirements traceability matrices and product backlogs. • Support Agile sprint planning and backlog prioritization. • Assist in test planning, validation, and user acceptance testing activities. • Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet documented requirements. • Support compliance, reporting, and financial business process initiatives. • Prepare documentation, presentations, training materials, and project artifacts.

• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and record types for the assigned capability area • Develop Flow-based automation: record-triggered flows, screen flows, subflows, before/after save contexts, and invocable actions supporting the assigned feature area • Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for user-facing views, dashboards, and interactive features in the assigned capability area • Participate in code reviews, author unit test cases, and support QA/Test engineers • Participate in spring planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and user engagement sessions • Write clean, documented code in relevant languages and frameworks • Follow secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices • Contribute to technical documentation

• Administer the Salesforce Government Cloud Plus Defense org: user accounts, Permission Set Group assignments, and sandbox management across development, integration, and promoted environments • Configure and maintain the user personal PSG definitions in alignment with the OWD sharing model • Provision Government-directed user accounts with correct PSG assignments for sprint reviews and test sessions • Monitor org health: Storage utilization, API call limits, BRE invocation counts, async job queues, and Salesforce governor limit headroom • Support the data integration team with data loader operations and bulk data jobs during integration/migration events • Maintain the Salesforce Setup audit trail and respond to Security Engineer and DevSecOps Engineer requests for configuration evidence • Evaluate Persona data visibility and security settings against defined customer requirements

• Own sprint gate quality review for the assigned development team before promotion • Design and execute scripted test cases aligned to requirement for the assigned capability area • Facilitate incremental user acceptance test execution and record findings • Maintain regression test suite for the assigned capability area; execute regression after every sprint deployment • Coordinate with QA engineers on other teams for cross-team integration testing at sprint close

• Manage overall platform security to meet/exceed stakeholder cybersecurity expectations • Design and implement security architectures, controls, and technologies for government systems • Lead vulnerability assessment, penetration testing support, and security engineering reviews • Develop and maintain security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, etc.) for ATO packages • Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and continuous monitoring programs • Implement Zero Trust, identity management, and endpoint security solutions • Respond to security incidents, conduct forensic analysis, and coordinate remediation • Provide security guidance to development and infrastructure teams

• Establish and maintain the configuration management plan, including the Flosum branching strategy, metadata versioning conventions, and change control process for development teams • Define and enforce the no-manual-org-changes policy; audit Salesforce environments periodically to identify undocumented configuration drift • Maintain the Configuration Item (CI) inventory for all metadata components (e.g. custom objects, Flows, Apex classes, Permission Sets, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and Shield encryption configurations) • Support DevSecOps Engineer with metadata conflict resolution procedures and multi-branch merge governance

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for assigned capability area(s) • Facilitate sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective ceremonies for the assigned development team • Maintain the team's Jira sprint board (e.g. user stories, acceptance criteria, story point estimation, and backlog grooming) • Convert Mission Architect operational effectiveness guidance into sprint-ready user stories with testable acceptance criteria • Maintain team-level contributions to requirements traceability matrix and track requirement coverage • Participate in cross-team dependency planning sessions facilitated by the Solution Architect and Mission Architect

• Support full lifecycle recruiting efforts for technical and corporate positions across the company. • Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity professionals, and more. • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. • Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management. • Support onboarding and new hire orientation efforts to ensure a smooth and welcoming employee experience. • Assist with People Operations initiatives including employee engagement activities, internal communications, culture efforts, and special projects. • Support social media and employer branding efforts related to recruiting and company culture. • Maintain candidate and employee documentation while ensuring organization and compliance throughout processes. • Help the team stay agile and responsive as new hiring needs arise across the business. • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting and People Operations teams as needed.

• Set and maintain architectural standards for the ARES Salesforce implementation across all development teams (e.g. naming conventions, metadata organization, technology decision framework, platform-native-first principles) • Own the cross-team dependency log; facilitate program planning to surface and sequence inter-team dependencies • Define and maintain the team working agreements between development teams • Review senior developer architecture decisions across development teams; provide guidance to resolve technical blockers • Own tech documentation (e.g. architecture, DevSecOps pipeline, sequence diagrams, data model, and data dictionary) • Govern the branch strategy for concurrent development; define merge cadence and conflict resolution protocol • Support the RMF/ATO workstream by providing architecture documentation to the Security Engineer
