• Run full-cycle recruitment for roles across our Technology team, from Graduate Analysts to experienced engineers and consultants. • Build and manage talent pipelines across Singapore and Malaysia. • Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and move quickly on strong talent. • Source proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, and networking activities. • Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders within the Technology & Innovation practice. • Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, employee development. • Coach leaders on people management best practices, feedback conversations, and performance discussions. • Support compensation and promotion processes, providing market insights and ensuring consistency in people decisions. • Lead onboarding and integration efforts to help new hires become productive and connected quickly. • Partner with the broader People team on performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and culture-building activities. • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR practices across Singapore and Malaysia.

• Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients • Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project • Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic’s project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies • Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables. Engage in decisions that impact project scope and communicate any changes to the team and management • Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution

• Learning & Development: Support and enhance onboarding programs, including development of scalable and self-paced learning resources • Coordinate Lunch & Learn sessions (topics, speakers, logistics) • Partner with leaders to support consulting skills training and development initiatives • Assist with leadership development programs (e.g., Level Up) • People Operations & Risk Mitigation: Provide backup support for key P&C operations, including U.S. payroll, international payroll, and general people processes • Support leave of absence administration (FMLA, ADA, disability) • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, partnering with leadership as needed • Support HR systems administration to ensure data accuracy and optimization • Communications: Draft and coordinate internal communications to support key initiatives and keep employees informed • Culture & Engagement: Support DEI and employee engagement initiatives • Assist in planning and executing team events, social programming, and connection opportunities • General HR Support: Serve as a trusted resource for employee and manager questions • Partner with the People & Culture team on programs such as performance management, career development, and compensation initiatives

• Process payroll for multiple clients with varying pay frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly) • Validate payroll data including earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments • Review and balance payroll prior to finalization and transmission • Manage off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, and adjustments as needed • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and delivered within client deadlines • Serve as primary payroll contact for assigned client portfolio • Communicate payroll timelines, requirements, and issue resolution clearly • Provide consultative support on payroll best practices and compliance • Maintain strong relationships and high client satisfaction • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations • Support tax filings, amendments, and quarter/year-end activities (W-2s, 941s, etc.) • Monitor changes in payroll legislation impacting clients • Audit payroll inputs/outputs for discrepancies • Investigate and resolve payroll errors, variances, and client inquiries • Partner with internal teams (tax, benefits, HRIS) for issue resolution • Utilize payroll systems (e.g., UKG Pro, ADP, Workday) to process payroll • Maintain and update payroll configurations, earnings/deductions, and employee data • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency • Document SOPs and maintain payroll processing documentation • Track time accurately across clients, projects, and payroll cycles • Meet utilization and billable hour targets • Support forecasting and workload balancing across client portfolio

• Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results • Partner with our clients to help configure and advise on UKG Pro WFM solutions • Demonstrate a comfortable ability working across many verticals such as Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Production • Build meaningful relationships with clients and advise how to use UKG systems • Assist in mentoring other WFM Consultant teammates • Draw on industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement WFM solutions • Use system analysis techniques to determine software specifications • Document, analyze, test, and modify WFM system

• Providing specialist professional Workforce Management (WFM) and UKG functional consulting services to clients across the retail, manufacturing, S&D, government and healthcare industries • Key responsibilities for this role will revolve around leading and supporting our valued clients’ UKG WFM projects • You will work with a broad range of organizational stakeholders to deliver workforce management initiatives • Designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting high quality Pro WFM Analytics, Data Hub, Healthcare Productivity, Dataviews and Reporting (BIRT, Power BI, etc.) solutions • Evaluating customers’ business needs thus contributing to the overall strategic planning and optimizing of WFM processes and technology • Being accountable for defined WFM assignments • Working with clients and vendors during positioning, design, configuration, and testing of Pro WFM Analytics solutions • Providing ongoing functional support and advice to Mosaic’s client base • Identification of incremental process improvement

Role Description Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Sr. Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you would be a critical piece of our Mosaic team in supporting our clients with their UKG Pro WFM system.
