Preceptor About the position: As an AMOpportunities Preceptor, you will host medical trainees from around the world for an in-person and/or virtual clinical experience. During the experience, you will provide exposure to the U.S. medical system as it relates to your specialty. Preceptors are expected to facilitate a program that may include observation, patient interaction, didactic learning, case presentations, and/or research. Your program will be designed to fit the needs and availability of your clinic and/or hospital. Strong analytical and documentation skills, capable of synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Demonstrated success establishing governance structures, reporting frameworks, and execution processes. Experience with project reporting fundamentals - including budget, timeline, and performance indicators. Even Better PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma certification. SQL or data fluency for analytical reporting and insight generation.
