• Implement and support integrations using interface engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Ensemble), including message transformation, routing, and error handling • Design, configure, and maintain interfaces using HL7 v2.x, HL7 v3, CDA, and FHIR R4/R5 (RESTful APIs) between EHRs, external systems (healthcare providers, billing, HIEs, etc.) and Concord. • Map and transform healthcare data between HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML, and flat file formats. • Deploy, configure, and maintain secure APIs for healthcare data exchange, including authentication, authorization, and encryption best practices. • Implement authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT) for FHIR-based integrations and secure APIs. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve interface and integration issues. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for interface workflows, message structures, API specifications, and integration configurations. • Create and deliver Statements of Work (SOW) for integration and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define interface specifications, and build test plans. • Ensure all integrations comply with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other regulatory and security standards. • Stay current with evolving interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7 accelerators).

• Build, launch, and manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including emails, workflows, lists, forms, and automation • Own day‑to‑day campaign operations, ensuring accurate setup, QA, and execution across channels • Create, optimize, and maintain static and active lists to support targeting, segmentation, and reporting • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise • Manage and optimize HubSpot tools, including lifecycle stages, properties, lead routing, and AI features • Support the use of AI tools within HubSpot to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance • Maintain clean data practices and help identify opportunities to improve automation and scalability • Make updates and optimizations to the website as needed (copy changes, page edits, form updates, CTAs, etc.) • Support landing page creation and optimization for campaigns and lead generation • Partner with marketing and web stakeholders to ensure pages are accurate, functional, and on brand • Work closely with demand generation, content, and revenue teams to support go-to‑to‑market initiatives • Document processes and help improve how campaigns are built, launched, and managed • Support ongoing optimization efforts across campaigns, lists, automation, and web experiences

• Develop and maintain a cohesive content strategy that supports brand positioning, organic discoverability, and thought leadership. • Own the editorial calendar across web and social, informed by SEO, AEO, audience insights, and business priorities. • Create, edit, and optimize content across formats, including blog posts, social content, web pages, emails, and light multimedia. • Ensure content reflects Concord’s brand voice, messaging standards, and content governance guidelines. • Own day-to-day management of Concord’s organic social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta/Instagram. • Plan, publish, and optimize social content to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth. • Use social media as a discovery engine by aligning posts with SEO and AEO priorities, keyword themes, and high-performing content. • Monitor social trends and platform best practices to identify new opportunities for visibility and engagement. • Apply SEO and AEO best practices to content creation and optimization across web and social channels. • Partner with Demand Generation to ensure content supports organic search performance and AI-driven discovery. • Use performance insights to refine topics, formats, and distribution strategies. • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product narratives and thought leadership into accessible, audience-focused content. • Collaborate with internal and external creative partners, including Concord’s Public Relations partner, to produce high-quality content efficiently and aligned with campaign objectives. • Track and report on audience reach and engagement for organic content and social media, using insights to guide ongoing optimization.

• Engage with Product Managers to understand and flesh out the product initiatives they are sponsoring • Write detailed Agile stories for the development teams including detailed requirements and acceptance criteria • Engage with UI designers and software architects to ensure our teams understand both what and how they need to implement new features • Ensure our teams have an adequate understanding of company and industry standards and policies and adhere to them in their deliverables. • Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions with the team • Facilitate a daily stand-up call with the team to ensure they stay on track with sprint deliverables • Work to resolve impediments quickly to ensure our teams can maximize their productivity. • Track issues and risks and drive solutions to mitigate them • Maintain a backlog of work and participate in report outs and feedback sessions with stakeholders. • Evaluate execution efficiencies and work with process stakeholders to drive continuous improvements • Collaborate closely with engineering management on the execution of our programs

• Develop and drive a holistic Platform Security Strategy for Azure Cloud and Data Center environments. • Lead roadmap planning and long-term security initiatives to improve architectural resilience and risk reduction. • Define governance architecture for cloud and datacenter platform security, ensuring scalable and secure system design. • Collaborate with Product Security to align platform controls with product security requirements. • Perform Security Architecture reviews for all platform related changes including to support product development, SECDEVOPS, platform enhancements, etc. • Define and lead DevSecOps strategies, embedding platform security throughout the product development lifecycle across all platforms. • Drive adoption of security automation, secure coding practices, and CI/CD pipeline integration. • Lead architecture and design reviews, threat modeling exercises, and platform security assessments across the enterprise. • Establish and enforce platform-level threat modeling standards and processes. • Define, document, and manage security control frameworks for platform technologies.
