• Investigate customer questions about data displayed throughout the AcuityMD platform using SQL. • Research issues end-to-end, identify root causes, and validate findings across multiple data sources. • Distinguish between expected platform behavior, customer education opportunities, and true product defects. • Communicate findings clearly to Customer Success, Support, and customers when appropriate. • Create detailed engineering tickets with reproduction steps, supporting evidence, and root-cause analysis. • Build deep expertise in AcuityMD's data model, business logic, and data pipelines. • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support to improve platform quality and customer trust. • Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve data quality, tooling, and operational processes. • Help Engineering validate fixes and ensure customer issues are fully resolved. • Expand your technical skills in Python, AI-assisted development, Git, and modern software engineering practices. • Learn how production software is designed, built, tested, and maintained by working alongside experienced software engineers. • Take on increasingly technical projects as your skills grow. • Build the technical foundation needed to transition into a Junior Software Engineer role through demonstrated performance and technical development.
• Support our commercial teams so our customers are successful by answering the toughest data questions internally around what datasets mean, and the nuanced limitations of how to use them. • Collaborate closely with our engineering team to build our AI data context layer with evals. This requires deep understanding of the data and great technical writing skills. This role should help drive what our eval designs even are to measure agent quality. • Help drive what tooling we need to build in our data products to support data explainability.

Role Description As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and owning go-to-market strategy inclusive of positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing for a product surface area within our platform. You will be responsible for understanding how our customers want to buy, and helping them to do so, by articulating customer pain points and our corresponding solutions and value props clearly and in their own language, leading new feature and product launches, and creating assets that support field enablement and customer marketing activity. You will have a deep understanding of the industry, our buyers, and the competitive landscape and will be expected to distill market and competitive insights to inform our positioning and Product Roadmap in collaboration with Product Management. The Product Marketing Manager role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing among other functions. Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Data & Intelligence Products

• Design, train, and validate predictive and statistical models that turn noisy healthcare data into reliable intelligence products used by MedTech commercial teams. • Frame open-ended business questions as modeling problems — selecting the right approach (classification, regression, clustering, causal inference, ensembles, etc), defining success metrics, and quantifying uncertainty. • Engineer features and conduct applied research across time-series, geospatial, demographic, insurance claims, and more datasets, to improve the coverage and signal quality of our core data assets. • Own the full model lifecycle: exploratory analysis, baseline modeling, experimentation, validation, deployment, and post-launch monitoring for drift and performance. • Partner with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer problems into model-backed product features and to shape the roadmap. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship on statistical and ML methodology for engineers and analysts across the Data organization and across all of AcuityMD. • Document models, assumptions, and data contracts so results are interpretable and reproducible for internal and external audiences.
