• Develop, maintain and support SAP ABAP solutions focused on SAP HCM processes. • Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements together with business areas and functional consultants. • Develop and support: ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, user exits / BAdIs, SmartForms / SAPscript / Adobe Forms, batch programs, conversions and integrations. • Work with objects and structures related to HCM submodules such as: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll) – desirable, PT (Time Management) – desirable. • Perform corrections, evolutionary improvements and incident support. • Ensure technical quality, documentation and testing of deliverables. • Support integrations between SAP HCM and legacy or third-party systems. • Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, continuous improvements and sustainment.

• Provide functional support for the SAP BW module; • Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for reports and dashboards; • Support modeling and maintenance of objects in SAP BW, such as InfoObjects, InfoProviders (DSO, InfoCube and ADSO) and Queries (BEx Query Designer); • Monitor data loads (ETL) and identify failures or inconsistencies; • Support data integration processes with SAP systems (FI, CO, SD, MM and HCM); • Develop and adjust reports using SAP BW tools (BEx, Analysis for Office, among others); • Assist in analysis and resolution of low- and medium-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests); • Participate in implementations, rollouts, or improvements; • Interact with business areas to gather requirements; • Document processes and implemented solutions; • Perform functional testing (unit and integrated); • Other area routines.

• Provide functional support for the SAP MM and IM (Inventory Management) modules; • Support SAP users in an AMS support environment; • Assist in the analysis and resolution of low- and medium-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests); • Participate in implementations, rollouts, and improvements; • Perform basic configurations (customizing) in the MM module; • Interact with business areas to gather requirements; • Document processes and implemented solutions; • Execute functional tests (unit and integration tests); • Work collaboratively with other SAP modules (SD, FI, EWM, WM, among others); • Handle Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Brazil localization processes; • Perform other routine tasks for the area.

• Provide functional support for the SAP SD module; • Support SAP users in an AMS support environment; • Configure and maintain the SAP SD module; • Propose process improvements; • Work with business areas to gather requirements; • Participate in implementations, rollouts, or enhancements; • Document processes and implemented solutions; • Work integrated with MM, LES-TRA and FI modules; • Handle Sales, Billing and Brazil Localization processes; • Support Brazil Localization (NF-e), Order-to-Cash (O2C), sales order creation, delivery and billing processes; • Assist in analysis and resolution of medium- and high-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests); • Perform functional testing (unit and integration tests); • Design end-to-end solutions for the SAP SD module; • Define functional architecture and best practices; • Resolve complex problems and unstructured scenarios; • Other routine duties within the area.
