About the role As VM Executive for Charlotte Tilbury Travel Retail, you will support on VM artwork and production for all TR EMEA regions and retailers. Working closely with the TR VM team, you will adapt and align Global guidelines to the TR instore strategy, delivering strong instore activations that amplify campaign and brand codes while supporting our commercial vision. Your role encompasses both creative artworking and project management responsibilities, ensuring all doors are supported with the correct VM delivered on time and on budget across all campaigns and new launches. You will also have the opportunity to support in delivering exciting concept animation pop-ups for priority NPD campaigns throughout the year. You will support with on-site installs when necessary, which will require occasional travel across the EMEA region. The strongest candidates will have beauty and/or Travel Retail experience, and be equipped to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a VM Executive – Travel Retail you will - Support VM production and End to End POS process for campaign and new door openings by creating and issuing artwork, briefing suppliers, communicating dates to the wider team and ensuring deadlines are being met internally and externally. - Deliver VM that uplifts the brand image, ensuring sign off by the appropriate leadership teams are obtained including General Manager & Global brand partners. - Ensure all working documents are kept up to date and prepared for the following year (production trackers, budget trackers, databases etc). Share the information with the relevant stakeholders in an appropriate time frame. - Work closely with the TR VM Manager to ensure budget is tracked and monitored appropriately. Raise and receive in all Purchase Orders. - Internally ensure transparency on deadlines and budget to support business expectations. - Develop a close working relationship with external partners and suppliers to ensure synchronised ways of working. - Work closely with the internal teams (Marketing, Commercial, Global VM, Finance, Procurement & more) Who you will work with Reporting to VM Manager – Travel Retail and collaborating with: - TR VM team - TR Store Design team - Wider TR team - Global VM - Regional VM teams - Finance About you - Project Management and multi-tasking - Commercial Awareness – Numerical - Attention to detail, creative eye and highly organised - Design software skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup) - Comfortable with working under pressure and autonomously - Flexible and agile in approach - Budget Management - Experience in Head Office VM for cosmetics or similar and/or Travel Retail Charlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where nimble mindsets, striving to deliver the best and wanting to be part of a global #dreaamteam are key. Role Description We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to help drive business growth by connecting clients with the right technology solutions. - Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Conduct outbound sales, discovery, and client meetings. - Identify client needs and recommend software development and IT service solutions. - Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Collaborate with technical teams to scope and propose solutions. - Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities. - Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports. - Represent WADIC professionally in client interactions and industry events. Qualifications - 7+ years of B2B sales experience in software development, IT services, or technology consulting. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of software development, web/mobile applications, DevOps, QA, IT consulting, and engagement models. - Experience selling to CTOs, IT Directors, Engineering Leaders, Founders, and other decision-makers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. - Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. - Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications - Existing network of IT decision-makers. - Experience selling into Healthcare, FinTech, Logistics, Retail, or similar industries. - Previous experience with a software development agency, IT outsourcing company, or systems integrator.
